Hey guys sorry to ask this of you all, but I've been dropping 10 hour days working at a primary school kids holiday sports camp since Monday so I'm completely out of the loop. If anyone could take the time to answer some of these I'd be very appreciative!

    1. What's the consensus on trading out Hopgood?
    2. What's the consensus on trading out Carty?
    3. Has there been any major news I should definitely know about going into this round?
    4. If you were to trade out Hopgood + Trindall would you consider IKatoa + Murray or IKatoa + Matterson a good trade?

Someone saw on his Insta there was a loss in the family either he or his wife’s side maybe that’s why he’s not playing this week? Personally I feel he’s better than Jed. JD does like Hosty starting though so if Cheeks gets back in it is probs off the bench unless Hosty gets injured again.

Personally I think if you have Cheeks take the 200k he’s made you and run job done.

There is some risk to it but I think Martin is gonna come back in on the left and Sorensen goes back into the prop rotation. I think Hosking will hold his spot. Do what your gut tells you mate.

Mitch Dunn to switch to left edge before kick off this week? If he does I think I might take a pint, had some solid scores in 2021 or is there a reason no one is talking about him.

I should add, while the majority seem go be holding Carty/hopgood, there are arguments for trading them, and I think a fair few will be. Maybe 80% holding 20% trading?

If a purely Matto vs Murray discussion, I think i'd rather grab matto at the moment. There isn't much in it, but Matto plays rnd 13 and Murray might get his mins chopped back a little according to Souths coach.

1st year back from ACL players typically struggle to regain previous scoring.

Syzy wrote:Bit of a tricky week this week.

No pressing issues but I have too much cap in my 18-21.
Not enough cash to upgrade to a gun in 1 trade and not keen on using both trades early this week with a few uncertainties.

Keen to keep Hopgood so I’d be looking to sell two of Uto, Carty, EButcher or Boyd to a gun and a cow.
I feel things will be a lot more certain next week but holding tight isn’t easy with nearly 2m outside my 17.

Currently trying to decide who to start out of Butcher and Boyd.

Carty is at risk of mins loss to Matto shifting to the edge part way after shifting from mid to accommodate Hopgood, if he scores 40 he might make 10k, party is over, I traded him to Ford for the Cash

EButcher might get some middle minutes once Tupounui comes back in, I don't think he has panned out.

Boyd I am keeping, he has great DPP, and can be a low-end keeper at 45-50.

    no idea on Uto.

As per @FaringdonSwirl except I think I like Matto more than Murray at this stage (but holding Hopgood this week)

Buggered if I know who to play out of Uto, Loiero, Carty and Boyd. Need to play 2 of them.

Anyone want to sway me one way or another?

Yeah fair. I'd probably take Matto over Murray too, but basically a 50/50.

Ah thanks mate. I just don’t see them running Hess and Neame on an edge. Even with Nanai back Dunn could get a few weeks on an edge.

Not sure if we will get free flowing footy but it could be a bashathon so could make good viewing regardless

That is a very hard choice, all much for muchness, none capable of huge scores, all capable of adequate scores, all could have low days

Which ever you prefer watching I’d say

Boyd and one other I’d go, just because titans are quite good at home versus weaker opposition
