Hey all. Something isn’t right this morning. It appears that the scores on the fantasy app match the scores on the official NRL app. Have I awoken in some alternative universe?

that edge certainly didnt get any better once he got pulled!
Reckon he got hooked. He was blowing pretty bad by the 50th minute and between then and 60 he missed 3-4 lazy tackles (despite what PYTM would have you believe  NRL Fantasy 2023 Part 32 - All trade in's must have a full set of teeth - Page 36 1f618 ) and then gave away a silly penalty with a late (again lazy) hit on Host off the ball. Reckon Bennett saw that and hooked him.

With that said he was playing really well and solidly up until he got fatigued. I wouldn't be surprised to see him tasked with going out harder in the first 30 minutes, come off, then come back on in the last 20-25 to go hard again. Doesn't seem to have the engine to play 80 like iPap types.

With Sele, im not stressed, as the three reasons I bought him remain the same:

1 - Plays round 13 and should get extra minutes and extra cash during those rounds.
2 - Even with an average of 30 should get him around 400k before round 13
3 - Bunnies have some hard games coming up which hopefully leads to good base stats for middles. In his first 19-minute stint he scored 17 when the game was tight, I think that PPM is what we can expect the next few weeks. His second stint was watching the bunnies pack on points.

With that being said, he isnt in my scoring 17 so im happy to ride the slow increases.

Probably should pace himself more like BMM (in his 80 minute games and in his 40 minute games for that matter)

Or like Latrell... do nothing for the first 30 mins and start playing ball when everyone else gets tired

Will you be playing Sele in your 13 in R13

Tohu and Tapine are 2 must have MIDs for the byes and then there is guys like Ford, Frizell, Carty, Hopgood if bought back, Matterson that people might have in the MID/EDG

I don't know man, I mean, this might be controversial but someone has to play devil's advocate. If you watch the clip in slow motion you can clearly see Kenny brace right before he hits Milne. I also know that Kenny is not a dirty player (though this shouldn't weigh into it). He was just trying to put a hit on got it all wrong. Shouldn't have been 10 in the bin imo.

    should've been a send off

    LOL
I was about to argue back that you clearly hadn't seen the hit if you thought Kenny wasn't in deep shit over the hit - then I saw your final line.

I brought him in this round as well. At this point as long as he somehow gets to 450k then I’m not fussed wether I use him in Round 13 or not if MID is chocka

To find the easiest way to do a job is to pick the laziest person and watch how he does it, work smarter not harder.

Yeah I reckon Latrell is more smart than lazy

It’s like how Messi does less running and more walking than all soccer players, but he’s always in the right spot at the right time

Not saying Latrell is on that level, but similar idea

Bit stuck for my last trade.

Do I bring in Teddy or other WFB so I don’t have to play Warbrick/Perham?
Do I bring in Bird or other CTR so I don’t have to play Alamoti?

    First one IMO

Teddy is close to bottom dollar and Warbrick and Perham are close to peaked

Don’t think there’s any rush to upgrade Alamoti or get Bird

Mate of mine made a career out of running off a great ball distributing prop in the oppositions 25 back in the day, did very little grunt work and played for Illawarra and Country on numerous occasions.

Hopgood or Uto will be the trade out this week to get Teddy so who goes to EMG out of Warbrick/Perham? I’m leaning towards Perham at the moment
