Happy Phoenix got a couple of extra points in the update. 35 was about bare minimum so 38 is acceptable and probably better long term than Granville.
I think Lachie Miller is still learning. Too many sideways slapsie runs that have no direction, not looking to put someone through a hole, just going sideways to not get tackled and not really thinking from a team perspective. Very sevens-looking style that he needs to unlearn. Defensive positioning still a bit suspect too. I think he'll continue to improve. He's definitely not the worst first grade fullback. Errors seem to come from trying too hard if anything.

I am picking up Granville next week, will have a negative BE, getting huge minutes with Lolo out, then Cotter is out for Origin. Solves my no HOK for round 13 issue, then he gets MID after that. Looking the best of the cash cows.
As for someone who was out last night, enjoyed reading this. Cheers mate.GarethEllisismyDad wrote:
Hynes scored an easy 70+
Bulldogs are very average team,
Pangai failed audition
Mahoney continues to be average
Preston still good
Alamoti started poorly but found some offloads (he’s a concern)
Nikora is goat 2nd row
Mcinnes has not increased mins without dale but is a consistent 50
Kennedy is a try scorer
Cotter is back, subbed on 20 and played out game very busy
Robson disappointed considering the meaty
Granville still plays big mins (will it continue)
Crossland got long minutes lots of tackles but that’s all
Ponga had good attacking touches, still too many ball players, but he looks relevant when AOB decides his rotations
Gagai was on fire
Frizz looks solid
Holmes a big game player
Miller poor game, and clunky attavk, questions beginning to arise
Both coaches do weird rotations
Game was poor standard
Heat made it an average match
Prolly more but that will do

Even after a good start in the last game he went on to get basically zero points in new 60 minutes. Look elsewhere.

I got on the bandwagon last night but I’m not counting on him to get me through R13. That’s just way too bullish.

Dolphins v Titans, Sunday, 2.00pm at Suncorp Stadium
Dolphins: No changes for Wayne Bennett's men, with Felise Kaufusi back from suspension in place of Kenny Bromwich. Youngster Kurt Donoghoe retains his place on the bench with JJ Collins 18th man.
Titans: AJ Brimson is confirmed to make his return from a hamstring injury and will start at fullback. That means Jayden Campbell reverts to the bench after playing in the No.1 jersey for the past two games. Klese Haas is the man to make way and is now the replacement player. Thomas Mikaele will play his first game for the club after signing mid-season.

Haha, nice. They're playing in Sydney this Friday night with The Used, and in a hard blow to my scrotum, Coldrain. If you don't know them, I'd recommend investigation. Awesome and super consistent Japanese band with an American singer who always deliver the goods. Wouldn't have expected them in Australia in a million years, and sure enough, they're playing on a weekend I've booked to head up the coast with my bros. Been looking forward to it for ages, but holy shit I wish I could do it and see Coldrain too.
That, aside, pretty lacklustre night in Fantasy for me. Enjoyed Hynes, hated including Alamoti in my 17 (again, when I don't need to) and couldn't be going more shit in tipping if I possibly tried. Only got Sharks so far.
Oh, and Cotter appears interesting.
