Yeah don't think Knight is a threat. Just Tatola in the short term

Maybe Shaq and Havili if they return within the next month and a bit too?

Yeah mate, I'd be very very surprised if Knight cracks the team this year. Havilli back in for sure and probably Shaq too.

Tatola will ruin Sele, he should get 50 mins or close to it, as he did in his one uninjured game this year.

Tatola himself is one to keep an eye on for a value pick at MID in round 10 or 11, he plays 13 and will be very cheap (currently 481k and dropping)

Even Shaq might struggle to get a game (if we ever get a full-strength pack on the park)
    8 Tatola 10 Burgess 11 Keaon 12 Host 13 Murray 14 Havili 15 Arrow 16 Sele 17 Moale

Sele and Moale would likely take the 25-30 minute impact roles since both are pretty great ball runners, then the other middles all have pretty massive motors

Could be an budget option if can’t afford Matto Tapine Harris etc for R13

Seems like the cows all have questionable roles next week though

    Granville
    Sele
    Sipley

Standing over injured players and giving them a spray, while someone like Tommy will forego try celebrations to check on them. Too hard not to like the guy despite playing for Manly and giving me shit fantasy scores lately.

I'm thinking Manu, Sele and Bula next week. Hopefully don't regret not grabbing Manu now if another player goes down.. or he goes large while EKatoa shits the bed again.

What's your read on Sele Rabbits21? I noticed you didn't go for Host in the end. I thought you were just too excited by the big win to care about his score in the post-match recap.

Hey mate I figured Alamoti to Host was maybe a bit sideways unless you had to do it to get an out and out gun. I mean what can I say when do starting second rowers play 27mins when not injured? Remember what Milchy always says starting second rowers play 60-70mins etc etc…. I actually think JD hooked him for missing 4-5 tackles the first 15mins. If I had Host I’d be pissed off re his cash gen stagnating a bit but I’d hold this week and probs see because he might be back to 60-65mins and be a slow burn cash cow.

On Sele mate I think last weeks mins were a bit inflated and Tom played a bit less than he usually did. JD in his presser said he was going off how things were going in the game regarding his interchanges and he ended up being able to give Sele three stints. Tatola is likely back this week so I expect Sele to go back to around 35mins his usual role. I personally wouldn’t be buying him I don’t think. I think he will be a slower burn cow.

Mate what are you thinking on Bula? I’m concerned as it’s the Tigers they could lose the next 2-3 games be 0 and 10 then he’s dropped again? It’s Sheenius after all he will keep changing things. What makes you think Bula might be ok.

I went Carty to Manu this week. And I have 4 Storm guys Turbo and Haas so I’m thinking of doing Katoa to JDB for tomorrow.

Also what are your thoughts on Drinky? I’m looking at him for Turbo he’s bottomed put at 500k lost around 160-170k plays round 13 plus 14 plays 16 too.

Hmm yeah Tatola and Knight both possibly back next week. Tatola might drop a bit of cash in time for the bye if back soon. Knight hasn't played since Rd 11 last year, so not sure what effect he has the next few weeks.

Knight will likely spend 3-4 weeks in Cup unless we get more injuries.

He's better than my alternatives with Grant and Haas on the pine and trading EKatoa and Warbrick next week already. Looking like a luxury I can't afford to trade him if playing.
I’m looking at holding Cleary and Haas through origin. I might consider Grant to Robson next week. Robson plays the next 5 games plus great origin cover and Grant misses 2 of the next 5 games. Grant also has a lower floor than Haas. I can get Grant back post origin.

Sipley's got me convinced for now, passes the eye test with flying colours and seems to be the safest of the four Manly bench fowards (Fainu, Woods, Keppie, Sipley).

He's beasted it the two weeks he's been in the team and I can't see him losing out based on that.

If the Tigers continue to lose then it's really more reason to play Bula because they have nothing to gain and may as well give the youth some time developing.

It's not like they have other fullbacks knocking on the door. They had Laurie who it looks clear they've decided isn't there guy. And if that's the case, there's no value to bringing Laurie in for them in a season where they are fucked.

I think on Ponga we all know the risks but the potential value for that cost is just too much good to pass up. Fullback is a bit of a mess anyway.

You can probably hold more than just the two Origin players, the fact that the major bye rounds only let you have 13 players means that you can easily carry 3-4 Origin players on your bench if they have the right byes (Panthers, Chooks, Storm and Titans are the best, Cowboys and Parra are the worst).

I'm most likely holding Haas, Cleary, Fifita and Cook through Origin, and selling Murray in R13. I could potentially sell Cook as well but at this point I think I can get Robson by other means.

That's my plan for now, and Warbrick to someone around 500k if there's anyone worth going for, otherwise I'll hold him.
