Don't mind the Nanai option as a poor man's Fifita

Nanai and Cotter are very good options for building a bit of depth for the run home.Khany wrote:Don't mind the Nanai option as a poor man's Fifita

Yeah some of the byes are a bit annoying. Still trying to figure out how I navigate 21. Three Dolphins but that’s a future problemKhany wrote:

Can probably get rid of Lemuelu and just run Manu/VTW with Simonsson as backup.

You have the trades to simply sideways step like for like players through all the byes where need be.

Yeah, hopefully VTW survives when their backs are at full strength

Besides the Kelly try, most of his defensive work last week was pretty solid.

Yeah, just picking the right byes to do it. Probably using two trades this week but then apart from Cleary should be sorted (if there is such a thing)wolfking wrote:

Just a bit concerned that Fifita is the last game of the round but hopefully he plays
You'd imagine he would play barring injury/HIA obviously
He hasn't played since 1st July, playing tomorrow (12th) and then Sunday game is 16th

If you have Edwards and plan on getting Cleary and Yeo that’s 3 Panthers who could be rested come round 27. So if you have Edwards I assume you’ll only go for one of Yeo or Cleary?
good point, I'll get Cleary, won't get Yeo (I have plenty of MIDs)
I was going with Garrick instead of Edwards anyway, just because the last few seasons I've want to own him, but never got round to it

Well, normally if you have players on those corresponding byes, that would meet the criteria I would think mate.
How many trades now and what's your rank? Sorry I haven't been good this year on keeping track on ranks for a lot of others.

Ranks now YAFSS worthy at 924. 13 trades and probably just doing Bula/Blore to Fifita/Bateman and figure out the rest from there

Not sure I see the appeal tbh. Averages 43 in the second row, priced at about 39. Cowboys draw isn't that great either, still have to play 4/7 top 8 sides, including the current top 3.

Oh wow, didn't realise you're having that good a season mate. Good position with the number if trades.

Cheers mate. Although this place is just way too good, 52nd in FOG is bonkers.wolfking wrote:

Don't look for something to take credit away from the decent rank mate haha.
And yes, the forum is killing it this year.

I’ve been ranked at 40k in Round 3 and then at the 20k mark at Round 7.wolfking wrote:

It’s been a climb that’s for sure. Hopefully get into the top 500 well that’s the goal
