Selling Haas allows for all 4 desired targets - Cleary, DCE, Fifita and Yeo.. but then I'm stuck with budget Haas Carrigan and no Haas.

Looking at cheaper options besides Yeo, and no one really appealing. Thinking about Nutcher or Josh King Vomit AFB and Matto with byes still to come, but if SJ's out, then trading him makes AFB slightly more appealing. Might punt Harris before the bye anyway.

Considered Mofo at all? Not saying yes or no either way, but worth a look?

    Broncos no Carrigan/Walsh/Haas

    I vote Averillo

Yeah, I was thinking this week probably not that bad with Broncos in the state they are, but next week against Panthers unlikely to have any silver lining, surely?

Nah mate, just Hopgood and Harris as MIDs this week. Wishing I grabbed King back for the Rd 16 bye instead of grabbing Haas the week after Evil or Very Mad Not keen on NAS at all.

NAS is still quite cheap, no more Storm byes, Katoa still a couple weeks away at least I think

But fair enough if you aren't interested

Could do Ford/TPJ if you wanna live dangerous lol

JT13 or Max King some other options

I mean i would usually spend all week thinking about trades when at work too.

Trades seem easy when you just dont think about it, log in, trade, log off.

Currently sailing from iraklia to ios. 4g seems to work anywhere on the ocean here in between the islands.

Something I've learnt from fantasy is you can have plans but they can all change

For all we know Cleary might re-do the hammy this week, someone might get covid etc etc - Can really only plan for this week and pencil in plans

Tigers aren't gonna be much better than Doggies imo

Actually listened to the NRL physio podcast this week, and while he’s still guessing, he’s going to be better at guessing than we are.

On JMK - he seemed to think it’s possible that they end his season and he’ll need surgery once they can’t make the 8. Definitely a week to week prospect, and history suggests more weeks not playing than playing. It was enough to lean me into Harrison Graham, but I think I’m now going to pay the premium for a Hands job.

    Haha this

I spend 10 minutes on trades. 5e problem is I spend 10 mins 50-60 times between Monday arvo and Thurs/Fri night. Not sure there’s much value in it other than the FUN

Yeah had a look at Mofo, but averaging around the same as JKing for 80k more. Jake Trbo another in that range for a little cheaper.

I think AFB and Nutcher might be the only ones cheaper than Yeo that I could hold the rest of the year.

Ford and Max King could be okay rentals.. just trying to save a trade as I'm down to 10 and good chance I use 4 this week. Definitely 3 to get 17 on the park.

Cheers for the thoughts though lads. Might revisit tomorrow when more news leaks out.

Probably too much cash in reserves but going

Simpkin to Hands - interesting one where I went Simpkin + Matto at the time when the correct play in hindsight was obviously Hands + Bateman/Nikora. Lesson - week to week neck injuries are never week to week.

Bula to Munster/DCE, leaning the former after someone planted the seed

Then Carrigan and Tedesco to Cleary and Fifita hopefully, but would like to hear a bit more certainty on both
Probably do Carrigan to Fifita first, as more confident Fifita plays, even if reduced minutes.
Then hope the 24hr update is clear on Cleary and switch to Tedesco.

Leaves me with a good 18 plus Kiraz/Kris/Hands, 6 trades left and about 100k

Like all these trades, dce vs Munster is a coin flip but I’d probably go dce like you have

Update from Peter Lang on Twitter is he expects most of the 4 origin guys won’t back up. Also Cleary not confirmed in yet wants to play but might be overruled by medical staff yet.
