Re: NRL Fantasy 2023 Part 71 - yeet regret
If I sell Manu for Timoko it would be enough for me to bring in Cleary for Hands. Which in turn allows me to keep both Tohu and Matto as 17/18 loop.
Thoughts?

That sounds pretty good, Manu/Hands vs Timoko/Cleary. Looks like a pretty one sided matchup to me

Struggling to find any trade combination I like this week. Bit of a head scratcher

Community team vote
https://www.nrlfantasyfanatics.com/t2272-r21-trade-poll
Its likely the last meaningful vote for the year, after this it will mostly just be covering for injuries/suspension/byes so come and have a say

I don’t mind the look of that. Who, in your current team, would replace Matto in round 27?

Which sideways move nets me more long term?
Ipap to Bateman
Simonsen to Garrick (have Lemmy/Manu to cover Simonsen's bye)
Edit : I'll probably do the other one next week

That sounds pretty solid.....have you got HKR backup besides Hands?

It’s funny if it wasnt for Cleary vs the Bulldogs this week I’d be more than happy to cruise through this round.

Other option would be Tohu/Matto out for Cleary/Bateman, then Hands would remain as 18th manForanAgainst wrote:

Thats the other issue. If I get rid of Hands it only leaves me with H. Graham as backup and he could be out of the team real soon.Aardvark wrote:

IPap is capable of going big more-so than Simonson imo. I’d get GarrickAardvark wrote:Which sideways move nets me more long term?

Yup 100%. Problem is I’m not overly keen on the cashouts required for it.

He came off the bench and played 2nd row for the Titans 2 weeks ago.
He looked good in attack but looks like a big unfit looking dude. Don't see him playing big mins especially with stimson also on the bench!
Might look it but is definitely not unfit. Plays 80 mins every week in Qcup and played big minutes at Lock in the world cup. In saying that his position in the pecking order will mean pending injuries he definitely won't see big minutes.
One drawback is apart from the world cup he has been a specialist left edge player in his entire qcup career so does not have a lot of experience in the middle although showed he is more than capable of handling it at the world cup.

I feel the same...
Even so, the dogs have looked a bit better with Sexy, but he's not playing this round

Tough call. Fwiw, I’ve kept some faith in Tohu and *gulp* NAS.

Think it’s that time of the year when we shouldn’t be overly concerned with our cash outs. True that it’s harder to navigate with a bye every week but just remember that everyone is in the same boatLiverpool_Bulldog wrote:

Yeah not really sure what to do. Thoughts on these trades?
Boyd > Cleary
NAS > Murray
Preston > Piakura
They don’t seem too crazy?

I got Talau last week so I'm able to get him easily now. Not the flashiest cash out but they all have their cons
