Pretty tempted on this one. May be my only trade this week. Bula > Burns.

Think in my quest to jag the weekly I make take a punt on Scott Drinkwater, Harry Grant or DCE as captain (David Fifita also somewhat in the conversation), and hope Cleary and Hynes both fail to go massive

Either that or stick with Cleary and hope to just do enough with my other layers to make ground.

I just had a quick look at those above you and pretty much everybody own Grant, Drinkwater and Hynes.

So the best POD captaincy option is probably DCE, with only 4 teams owning him. Interestingly only 2 teams have Cleary, so unless those above you are trading him in they're also relying on him not going huge.

4 trades left which I have allowed for removing my parra players. I just didn’t plan on moving them on this early but I have screwed myself with my poor choice of reserves

Tough one.. I do like the balls to the wall but leaving one trade is extremely dicey and it's probably unnecessary for you, holding two Eels is ok.

The other two options are both reasonable without being super attractive.

Obviously can't afford Garrick instead of Timoko right?

Burn your bank on Latrell instead of Edwards or just don't trust him?

Don't fancy the risk bud and if i'm upgrading my WFB option it would be Garrick

If I could afford Garrick instead of Timoko I would have pulled the trigger and not looked back. Tbf I do still think Timoko has at least a couple huge scores in him

I am assuming everyone without Cleary was just waiting for the price drop and will get him this week. I haven't checked in detail, but I assume most, if not all, have the trades and cap space available to get him.

Some truly avant garde methodology involved here and it's not surprising the crowds have come back to the game with the low sock resurgence!

Full disclosure: it wasn't actually a choice that I played with mine down.  I skipped leg day-forever-and my calves lacked both the tautness and turgidity to sustain socks above my anorexic ankles.

(There was a time when my BMI was not deemed 'medically significant'...)

Can't believe I ever liked a low sock wearing turd. Unbelievable

Then yeah I think go with that. Murray should match if not outscore Moses, and then you're upgrading Hands to an in form keeper centre so it stacks up ok

Welshy JR would make us turn in our graves.

He caught a clip the other day for saying Adidas world cups are hanging! and refusing a pair of old school Preds Shocked

Currently sporting White and Silver Preds, I told him its the cause of his injury Embarassed Laugh 3

Obviously your call but playing 1 short this week feels better than using all.your trades. If someone expensive cops a season ender this week having 800k on the pine for the rest of the season will be more than the 40-50 points missed this week.

    Interesting point, taken under consideration

His 50 average is more than fine for me mate.

But just looked at some reworked trades and can actually manage the following which disallows...again the Drinky out threat....

    Harris/NAS/Manu/Bula OUT

any 1 of Haas ,Yeo or Hors /Murray/DCE/Garrick IN

Feel like they are no brainer trades if you have the trades remaining to do them
