Watched the replay, don’t think it’s a send off at all. Bloke not injured, it’s just a penalty and report. Unfortunate injury, send him.

It’s classic NRL that the refs slide into leniency on punishing shoulder charges and high shots with sinbins, so they completely overcook it with 2 send offs in 2 games
