More likely to see a Tohu / AFB get much shorter stints

In the unenviable position of trading in either Junior Tupou or Adam Pompey as centre cover. Both fairly uninspiring options. Tupou has a higher ceiling with three 60+ scores but also scores of 4 and 6 in 80 mins. Pompey more reliable with 16 scores between 20-40, but doesn't have the same ceiling, only 2 scores about 45. They both play the Dolphins and Manly in the rounds I'll need to play them.

Leaning Pompey I think, just about...

If you had to choose one from the following to finish the season, who would it be ?

    Robson
    Korisau

I was planning to hand it out to people in the Wicky community but i'm not sure we'll get that many people keen on actually going to the game haha.

If you're interested - lmk today please? Planning to hand out 2 tickets to 5 different people but if you've got a few people keen on going and I don't find others to hand it out to happy to give a few out to a couple of people. Just don't want the tickets to go to waste!

Saw 5 likes to the message - can you please PM me if you're keen?
I'll see how many people we have across here and the Discord and confirm by tomorrow morning who we can give the tickets out to!

Probably Robson. Good floor with a high ceiling.
2nd choice Mahoney who is in good form right now, but does have a few low scoring games in him

Egan just seems too injury prone, and Koroisau too reliant on tires to get a good fantasy score

Api for me. High energy and is the captain... also kicking now so an extra few pts a game

Egan a worry with injuries and head knocks, and if the Wahs do rest anyone, he's probably a candidate.
    Robson more rocks than diamonds
Reed just looks dejected out there

Robson for me too. Figure he owes us owners an attacking stat or two to close out the season. Plus the Cowboys have the most to play for.

Interesting that everyone says Robson is the clear choice, when he comfortably has the lowest 5 round average of the 4 choices*

*Mahoney still beats Robson even if you include his 10 off the bench 3 weeks ago
Technically if you include Egan's 12 last week he has scored 195 points in the last 5 rounds compared to Robson's 196 - but I feel that's a bit of a dodgy victory for Robson to claim

Palasia to Aitken for my last trade

Thought about Suaalii as a boom/bust pick, but in the end I'm sort of budgeting Lemuelu having a longer rest for concussion protocol. Aitken not the worst scorer anyway for the price if he does go back to centre. might not work out, but I'm not winning overall this year so may as well try something.

Preston to Gagai was the other trade I considered, but having Preston back in R20 might be useful

A couple of really important games this weekend, the first of them tonight with Cowboys vs Sharks as well as Knights vs Souths.

The results of these 2 games will have a huge bearing on the teams that make it into the top 8.

    Sharks play tonight?

    Temptation to captain Hynes rising.

Likelihood of trading in McInnes rising.

Haha when the coach said he wouldn’t play 80 every week and since then has played 70 is rude.

I was expecting more like 55-60

Do you trust 5 game sample or 2-3 seasons of Robson being the man I guess.

Koro and Mahoney bolstered by some tries too

Egan would possibly be my 2nd choice - pick the player with the good long-term average in a good team
