I just realised lying here in bed  I can play Colqohun over Kris, I just might I think actually worst that can happen is he gets 8 but could get 20.

4 forwards bench though how many mins we think for Colouqhun?

Sounds like if the Knights beat the Sharks then Harry Grant won't play next week. Might not even if they don't.

Having a look at 2nd place you need to add Robsons 45pts as well (2 trades left) - approx 70pt lead once added
Brenton in 3rd has Ramien/WGraham vs my DCE to come (1 trade left)

Then you have the late charge by Easy Tiger

Still doesn't look good with look at one centre next week with the eels bye but it could have been worse I guess
    Thats next weeks problem

When it comes to that conversation I'm definitely not fantasy relevant - if I can some how hold on to a top 10 finish I'll be very content.

All I can say is that I wish you the best Booze and hope the cards fall in your favour for a well deserved title

FWIW I still think you win the Eliminator.
Not having DCE its pretty terrifying this week.
The results so far are probably just making the competition closer than it deserved to be (which really should be a big win to you).

Chin up, and hope you have a super Sunday

I'm whingeing right now. Captain's challenge is the worst. Some games get like 8 or more stoppages a game. Boring. I'm yelling at a cloud aren't I?  Maybe you can't do without the bunker, but it needs to be diminished as much as possible.

    Fantasy
For those riding the Snatch bus (sounds like a fun bus) I'm 16c/944 with Ponga to play. I usually am the one with extra players on Sunday hoping to catch up, so it feels good to have not only the points already on the board, but missed the carnage and have good points on the board.

    Roosters
So excited for next week. Not sure I've ever wanted a win more. Knocking Souths out of the 8 is far more desirable than actually winning the comp at this stage (though that would be a great bonus). Hoping Teddy is fit for next week and that Manu's injury isn't too bad so we could use him in finals should we make it. Really like how they've been playing the last few weeks. Plenty of flair, passion, and risk. Need to tighten up and not make so many silly errors, but perhaps that just comes with the territory of being so dynamic.

    Refs
My main gripe with the bunker at the moment is that they overanalyse everything. Like, watch the play again, if it looks like a try, quacks like a try, and tastes like a try, award the try. This whole

    NRL Fantasy 2023 Part 80 - Oprah level red dots - Page 14 7x27q1

    grinds my gears.

    That's a brilliant score Snatch
By comparison I'm at 826 with just Ponga (and maybe a handful of Colq points) to play

Hope the Souths Easts match lives up to the impending hype

Any great idea is only as good as its execution

I think that's the issue with the bunker.
Technology should help deliver fairer results, which is all any rational person wants.

The problem is that the interpretations at times are off.
That being said, people will massively focus on one perceived incorrect decision, while instantly forgetting 9 correct ones.

Sometimes I wonder if you had 3 fair minded fanatics in there, if they wouldn't arrive at better interpretations/conclusions/outcomes

733 with DCE, Ramien,  Koula and Ponga to go for me.

Ramien and Koula have the potential to either make me very happy or very sad.

L1 Grand Final update.  I think it comes down to:
Me: Ramien and Koula + 35
    BCT: Gagai and Averillo.

Still close but I think I've moved from underdog to favourite.  Although the fat lady hasn't even started warming up yet. Will be an exciting afternoon.  Enjoy your Sunday!

Next week not looking promising either

I have a below par score but also have 17 players (just) so maybe I come out in front? I dunno anymore.

If all this carnage was happening at R6 or R16 and there was a way to play out of it (even if it took a few weeks) I’d be enjoying the challenge, but at R26 it’s kinda out of my hands.

Would anyone take Finefeuiaki's 28 if it meant not going Hynes > DCE? In the off chance Hynes plays next week. Thinking of just making the trade and hoping for the best numbers wise

Have just added up all my players scores. Not showing on the app or the desktop because it hasn't recognised SJ in for Hynes allowing Graham onto the INT

Good week for me as well 835 with Ponga, DCE, Talakai to come

Got some handy replacements scores for Teddy and Hynes with Brimson and Graham hitting 40s

Ranking has halved since round 20 after a disaster start to the year

2 trades in the bank to cover carnage next week

      Current date/time is Sat Sep 21, 2024 9:50 am
