Won’t post the video but looked to be a lower leg fracture for Ryan Papenhuyzen - foot seemed very loose and pointing where it shouldn’t. At least a fibula fracture best case but likely more, lengthy recovery ahead again. Absolutely horrific seeing what he’s been through, just speechless really. Thoughts with him

Obviously Storm games have been a problem for the Broncos for a long time. I was pretty confident going in that we'd get the win, but right when it started to feel comfortable, that shit happened to Paps, and you just feel a bit flat.

Huge win though, to nil is massive. Finch is right, Storm looked terrible, ineffective. I think Broncos have more in them though, onto the pre lims and we'll see I guess.

Yeah, even more so a mental win as well "We've beaten the Storm finally, we beat Panthers earlier in the year, we can beat anyone!" - Kinda thing

Storm were just awful, so much ball going to ground as well - I guess it also doesn't help when players are changing position every 10 minutes because of injuries/HIA lol

Just watched the highlights. That is such a terrible thing for Pappy. The kid deserves a lifetime of better luck than that. Broncos look the goods. Storm will limp into the next game battered. May even be a zero for two wipeout this year.
Somehow I get the feeling it will be a 1 v 2 GF. As a Knights fan I'd love to hope they can go on a tear and shake it up, but the Panthers v. Broncos feels like the correct GF game this year.
