Koroisau - goal kicking - expecting to play 80 again
Fonua-Blake - shifted to bigger minutes half way through last year maintained them keeper with a plus side perhaps 4 to 5 points undervalued
Harris - whats not to like - keeper who score consistently - slight injury risk but I am OK with that
Tupooniua (VC) - many people will have him
Smithies - the new flavour of the day - i saw him first
Piakura - pretty much everyone will have him
Cleary (C) - the one and only
Hutchison - value
Holmes - reliable keeper ctr - cowboys late bye - goal kicking evens out ctr bumps
Suli - underpriced based on last year - reliable scoring in a shit side that should be a lot better this year
Papenhuyzen - no explanation required
Ponga - the premier WFB with goal kicking
Rapana - actually took over from kris for the last five rounds of last year can go large often

Strange - better on the bench
Garner - if starting at EDG as expected everyone else will have him too - easy downgrade to Schuster
Salmon - here fishy fihsy
Bradley - WFB/EDG don't mind if I do  
Levi - cheap as HOK back up - preferred by Ricky when not injured
Hughes - slow burn but value
Mapalangi - the forgotten WFB/HLF value option - Tuala is not very good
Mikaele - speaks value even though a bench mid with Hess gone for the season

* AFB had a slow start to last season and undervalue because of that
* If Harris was busted last year, I will 100% take it - he is a cut-price keeper. Warriors just signed a new contract for 2025 for him. No way that happens if he is busted
* No bye till week 12 for Holmes. That is significant. can downgrade for origin
* Rapana is old and phenomenal - like a fine feckin wine
* Mapalangi will be WFB - Tuala is a myth - was only in the starting line up because Mapalangi got KO;d

New team after a day of pondering - I will risk picking Schuster in R1. His DPP and potential will save me a trade later in the year.

He is locked in for this Sunday.

I have also brought Cheese in after much internal debate. He is valuable, provided he does not get injured. I like the balance of this side better.

Wong's going to be a red dot in your team. And Sitili is not going to make any money baring a try, both are sells. Theres every chance we dont see Schuster for a while and thats money you could be using elsewhere. FF is a wait and see I agree. Terrell May should definitely be your target this week hes widely being bought and his price is about to sky rocket and gives you much needed MID cover, you have an easy way to get him too. Chans got his price moving along nicely too and Burbo still has money to make so you could definitely target 1 of them to find the cash for Bodyslam.

Suggestion;
Wong > Terrell May
Schuster/Sitili > Chan/Burbo

I'm with King on those trades, all of a sudden you have a pretty strong bench and balanced squad. Does it leave you enough bank to do Taafe > JC next week?

Can you sell me on Terrel May though - he is on the bench this week with a lot of quality players in his way towards more than 30-35 minutes.

I cannot see him rising too much more in value based on this

54 minutes off the bench in round 1, yes there were injuries which is why people waited on him. Then last week He got the start and got 57 minutes. There's every chance he comes into the starting line up again this week and racks up those sort of minutes again, watch the roosters late mail. Even off the bench he will be first one off it at this point and he wont play less then 40 (JWH is a 40 minute guy now days). Meaning 45 points based on his PPM seems like his floor with 60 and 70s in 50-60 minutes very reachable without a try. Being a roosters forward he might have the 40 point game but he could follow that up with a 60 the next.
