12/537 C for me after updates with Cotter, Luki, Hutcho, Salmon and Kini to come. Mightn’t even get 750.

Use my cash next week to swallow my pride and get Burbo, if starting EDG again, to lock in some cash gains with a negative BE.
For my 2nd trade in, I am looking at 3 potential targets:
a) Seyfarth if starting at lock
b) Henry
or c) Saifiti, but to do that I would need to downgrade Cotter to Lussick this week. Unsure which way to jump. Saifiti cash generation has started, maybe has a BE around 10 next week.
Thoughts on:
- thumbs up for either plan a) or b)
- thumbs down for plan c)
I have HOK cover in Levi and plenty of mid cover.
Swallowing your pride with Burbo definitely a good move. Whatever you think of him, you can't ignore that break even in a world where other cheapies have stalled their starts.
Don't think you need to force another trade of a potentially valuable player for someone with one decent round or an optimistic personal projection. That's been one of your leaks in the past, hasn't it? I could see you trading out a Saifiti/Henry/Seyforth for the next shiny thing in R4, tbh. And they're not even that shiny this time.
Unless there's news he's out for a while, best to stick with Piakura, who'll make money if he keeps his role The speed at which he makes it doesn't really matter, you don't need him to peak any time soon.
You actually have a pretty good looking team that doesn't need much surgery. My main question mark would be Hutch as second half, but guess that'll be answered soon.

Lost count of the amount of times Luke tried to engage the markers when Penrith had the quick play the ball leaving Cleary frustrated to only get the ball when the defense was in his face. I don't think he plays again next week

My hot take is that Burton's kicking game isn't really that good aside from being able to kick it really high. Struggling to find the grass on kicks is a big part of the reason Dogs lose the field position battle most weeks

I haven’t really had any massively low scores bar popular Piakura and Papenhuyzen. All the cheapies in EMG (Chan, Strange, Levi) so it’s just mostly some of my guns that have underperformed (Grant, Cleary)
