18th Man: Havili (With that Player of the game performance)

Fun idea, as a Parra fan I'd go:

    1. Gutho
    2. Penis
    3. Wighton
    4. Latrell
    5. Graham (if we're going full strength)
    6. Brown

Shoving 2 centres out on the wing isn't ideal though

He can come across as a bit of a dick, but I'd have Cody Walker in a combined Broncos/Souths team if it was me picking it

No one is expecting the Dragons to be a top 8 team, 10th-11th would be nice. Souths fans however are delusional, I remember arguing about this when they signed Wighton and people here thought that was going to guarantee them a top two finish. Rob's right, Souths are trash. They will be fighting to make 8th again. They will run up good scores against the worst teams and crumble against any decent team. Clueless coach, poor signings, rubbish halves, disgustingly bad back line, and forwards that get worse every year.

You're right on a few counts. Clueless Coach - Yep. Rubbish Halves - Yep. St. Merge wont make the 8 - Yep.

Souths will make the 8 though. Quite easily, once we sack Dimwitrou and replace Ilias with Gray, put Mitchell in the centres with Wighton....which I expect to all happen.

Premierships aren't won in March. It's round 2. 10 points difference at Suncorp, playing like shit. Just lol.

I think I've just joined the Taine Tuaupiki fan club - what a great kid!

I also deeply resent fanhub pricing for him at $388k - it's a real roll of the dice price for a guy who might get 2-3 games to start, but happy that I started with him in both VSDT & Supercoach - he's a fun one to own for sure.

Might want to look again. No need to lie.

Ever heard of Alf Langer, John Thurston, Adam Reynolds, Geoff Toovey ? Apparently not. Gray is going to be a good'n.

I can get behind Gray in for Ilias. You'd have rocks in your head if you legitimately think Trell will be moved to the centres, you must not realise who is actually running the club.

Yeah heard of them. He’s significantly smaller than the two in the modern era. Langer, Toovs irrelevant. Game has moved on - it’s literally grown. Mitchell Pearce is bigger than Wayne Pearce was.

I hope he is a good ‘un but the tape measure and scales are stacked against him

Gray replacing Ilias is almost certainly going to come down to defence. Hence mentioning size. He played FB in R1 NSW cup so hard to get a read

Moses situation bugging me greatly. Ideally I don’t want to trade this week but can foresee a low involvement injury impacted 30 incoming vs Panthers.

    TU - keep Moses

He's 170cm, 80kgs and getting bulkier. He's lightning quick. Great passing game. He'll be fine. There have been plenty of smallish stars in the modern era. You're talking rubbish.

Reynolds was 1' taller and 3kgs lighter when Souths won the comp. Size means nothing in the halves.

Watched the super league match this morning, Salford v Wigan. Huge upset on the cards, with 4 mins to go Salford had a drop out to take with a 2 point lead. They went for the short drop out!, which was fumbled and ran in for a try off the kick. Check it out if u get a chance. Horrible decision by the half.

Sorry found a leftover 2023 reference in the yafss update scripts.

    Captaincy/par charts up now.

    Payne Haas 86% Captaincy!

Cleary in 7th with 0.5% barely making the threshold.

8.6% don't have any players left Laughing

I remember this last year when Storm v Eels was the first game, I think a bunch of teams with Storm and Eels in it actually did quite well for the first 2 or 3 weeks and then that trend reversed.
