Alex Johnston expected to miss 6 weeks after scans revealed he suffered a hamstring tear (via

    ).

Likely moderate strain with that timeframe - often 4-6 weeks return but AJ has extensive history with hamstring strains + reliance for his playing style.

Hurts bad as a non-owner, at least he isn't too common around the top.

I love that first half from him, but if ownership so far this year has been anything to go of, this may be pretty close to his full time score too. Which I'd still take this week, but I'd love to see him take one of these games to town.

Is CNK a feasible centre? Let the boys just take turns, best of both worlds

Yeah I'm not celebrating yet. I'm experienced at second half disappointment.

My supermarket has started selling Mexican cola - Jarritos. It's good. I started to read about how it's made differently to how they make Coke (liquid Coke) down here but then I got tired.

I never returned to the rest of the article and I don't think I ever will.

Newcastle's kicking game was pretty poor that first half

In the southern US states they sell "Mexican Coca Cola" which is just normal Coke but made with real cane sugar rather than High fructose corn syrup. Night and day the difference in taste.

He's never played there so hard to say. He was awesome at fullback last year though, don't think it's a certain thibg that we're better with RTS at the back over CNK

Thought he played there a "fair" bit for the kiwis and went real well. I could be imagining that

Yeah a full strength side definitely has the both of them. rTS just looks his best in open space, which you get way more of at the back. I think I'm just a sucker for a highlight reel player

This second half is making me question myself. RTS is a handful

Averages 32 in injury unaffected games at 6, priced at 21, and arguably upside in a stronger Warriors team.

Not the most awe-inspiring cow but in a rough year for them beggars can't be choosers.
