Watching games highlights now, did Talau get a TA for the “knock back”?

So Dominic Young was penalized, put on report and sent off for a high tackle which resulted in the other player being unable to return after a failed HIA.

Kurt Donoghoe was penalized, put on report and no further action for a high tackle which resulted in the other player being unable to return after a failed HIA.

The Match Review Committee has reviewed both actions, deeming Doms as a grade 3 Careless High Tackle and Kurt's as a grade 2 Careless High Tackle, yet the punitive sentence for both is equivalent at 2 weeks suspension (or 3 on failed appeal).

Two things I don't get;
How different gradings under the same category result in the same punishment
And in light of the suspensions that one is penalty and play on, the other is sent off, your team plays with 12 for 50+ minutes

It just seems in one sense they're deemed equivalent, in the other they couldn't be more divergent

Might be due to loading, or they give more loading points if an event happens again.

The other is ref discretion, one ref saw it as a worse infraction on the field, it is subjective(objective?) to the person making the call. Having two different people in two different circumstances make the call it's very unlikely you will get the same punishment. And he'll the review board said one was worse than the other.

My problem is they have the utilities but they never shift to CTR instead you have Salmon do it. The same goes for like Trbojevic although less so because he has played CTR. I'd rather you have a utility who can actually fill in the backline instead of "well he is big enough for a lock role, but also covers HOK."
