Need to wait on news about Teddy before I work out what my 2nd trade will be.

Want to start reducing Raiders, but Chevy, kris and Strange are vital WFB/CTR players for me at the moment

    Now that was therapeutic

    Hutch > DBrown
    Levi > JBrailey
    Chan > Nikora

Although I really should be looking at another CTR option eg Chester/Iro

I guess I need to know what is happening with Taylan May before I can finalise any trade. Maybe Hutcho will survive a week (if named)

Ooh. With the Rabbitohs on the bye, and me not owning any Bunnies players, I may actually have 17 on the field this week and extra players in reserve for some looping shenanigans.

I don't know what to do with myself now.

What would have to happen for Hopgood to play Origin this year? Want to upgrade Tatola to him with his bye coverage.

Based on last year the QLD middle incumbents were:

    - Tino (prop, all 3 games)
    - Cotter (prop x2, 2nd row game 2)
    - Flegler (bench G1, prop G2)
    - Carrigan (lock x3)
    - Collins (bench x3)
    - MoFo (bench x2)
    - Arrow (bench x1)
    - Horse (bench x1)
    - Welch (19th man x1)
    - Hopgood (19th man x1)

Struggling to see anyone who's not on that list that's in the mix.

Someone has to take over Tino's role, does Hopgood come into the mix or too similar to Carrigan?

Hmmm I’ve got just enough cash to grab Trbo this week for Hutch, I feel like it’s a no brainer with Gold Coast next but it’s another likely origin player. Other option would be CNK but I think it’s best to just grab Trbo and cross the origin bridge when I get to it.

Yeah, hoppy definitely plays Origin this yeah. There's no certainty on Horse, Arrow and Mofo either - injury and form

Magic number lower this week... Feels like price changes were a little rougher?

It is really tempting to grab Smithies for Taylan May but while it would make my forward pack full of guns, my back 5 would be barebones with no depth. Actually considering Garrick, I know he will drop in price again but a DPP WFB/CTR is like gold to me. RTS would be another consideration but I feel like that would infuriate me watching the Wahs.

A full list of players I think should or could get DPP, I've probably missed a few so suggestions welcome

    SHOULD
    Tom Chester WFB + CTR
Jack Wighton HLF + CTR - be hilarious if they miss this due to Souffs bye
Jye Gray HLF + oompa loompa WFB
    Alex Seyfarth MID + EDG
    Tom Eisenhuth EDG + MID
Klese Haas EDG + MID - the cheap-ish player we all missed
Chris Patolo EDG + MID - we all need more Dogs forward DPPs
    Jake Turpin HOK + MID

    COULD (and reasons)
Siosifa Talakai CTR + EDG - only if named on EDG or INT this week, and they probably won't if named INT
Stephen Crichton CTR + WFB - is he filling in for Taaffe of the legit #1 FB?
Asu Kepaoa CTR + EDG - is clearly a forward now, probably doesn't get it unless he starts there this week
Max Plath HLF + MID - this should be a no-brainer, possibly will miss it due to recent suspension
Jesse Marschke HLF + HOK - see below
Kurt Donoghue HLF + HOK - might be a half in state cup, but clearly is a bench hooker in NRL
Zach Dockar-Clay HLF + HOK - see above
Connor Watson MID + HOK or HLF??? - the man is so versatile he won't get either position
Ata Mariota MID + EDG - pretty sure he played there but was a lot of injuries to make it happen
Naufahu Whyte EDG + MID - probably don't update due to INT position, even though the role is clear
Sam McIntyre EDG + MID - as above

      Current date/time is Fri Nov 15, 2024 12:52 pm
