Howarth is a back rower, not a centre. The last thing he needs is to be thrown into the side out of position.

There have been rumours of his attitude being bad, and realistically I don't see him getting ahead of Blore or E. Katoa for a while (he got his 500k deal before either of those guys were signed, for some context).

The thing I find odd is Anderson being ahead of Ieremia, but I guess that's due to Ieremia being fresh off an ACL reconstruction.
