I’m seeing a number of people wanting to trade out guys that are keepers or still have good money to make just to field 17 I would not worry too much. Or trading to not get Hughes 22 doesn’t seem worth a trade.

Matto out is annoying but I’m holding as based on this year if I punt him he will come out and get 50 next week. I am now down to 17, 16 if Hynes is out. It is what it is. I am nervous about having to play Strange, Kris and Moale though but nothing I can do now! Not trading for first time since round 2 I have 13 trades left not using any.

Also Bunnies TV ex player Steve Mavin did an interview with Hornby about our 13-14 injured players in our squad and Murray is a month away. Tatola 2 months away roughly and Shaq still 6 plus weeks away. He spoke about that being opportunity for getting mins into Duncan, Moale and Mamouzelos over this period. How many mins that means for each I’m not too sure. I have Moale though so hoping for the best.

I’m 7/339 I copped Hughes and Garrick below 40 seems behind what others are on no point stressing I’ll save that for the Souths game tonight.

I’m stupidly considering something similar. Who misses two weeks in a row from illness?

Should I pull the trigger on Matto to anything with a pulse, or hope he’s good next week and just play 16 this week?

I also have burned too many trades already. (So what’s one more lol) FMDT

    Which is more likely

TU: Wighton loses his spot in the halves
TD: Latrell loses his shit in general

Working through some round 14 and beyond options

Anyone having a punt on Wighton. Should be busy tonight as the senior half with no Walker?

Strange to Wighton post round 13 is on the cards.
I'm also looking at Clark as an option to cover for JMK, but will use this round to see if he does get the extra minutes. (also a post rd13 trade)

With these calf niggles Hynes almost certainly will get another rest during Origin (which you’d have to assume is R17 on Friday after Origin with travel from Melbourne to Sydney)

It’s making me wary of loading up on too many R17 bye players

    Which option do you prefer:
    TU: Piakura to Wighton or
    TD: Piakura to Atkinson

    Cheers & thanks.

From someone with fairly solid eels info... Another Eels scoop; Ryan Matterson isn't expected to play again this season. Not injured, just unlikely to play.

Typical Matto. Wonder if any club will pick him up.

    Mental issues?

    Problem with the coach.

Eels could be signing MacGuire as coach - Matterson will want out of the club or maybe it's a condition of MacGuire signing on.
