Hands is a perfect answer to my Chevy woes.

I will then remember how terrible of a scorer Hands is but lets not ruin the dream.

Everyone getting on Hands _ who is yr HOK R16?

Is there anyone likely to get DPP HOK next week?

Lussick I thought was brought back by BA.  Lussick is fucking trash, I reckon he's done.

I'm probably going to get suckered in

But a base price starting hooker with DPP and reasonable byes. How can you say no
Even if he just ends giving 10 points from the bench, it won't be the worst trade I make all season week

For me. JMK (or maybe Api/Cook depending on how things change between now and then)

I actually could go Mahoney for Angus and trade Lussick next week as he won't lose coin now.

Might be wise to make sure Hands keeps the spot.

If not, will worry about round 16 in round 16.

Owning Lussick up til now has had me watching him closely. He's honestly terrible, I really don't think he gets back in.

I rather pay the money and go with Api or Cook than getting Hands, even Clark is a better option imo

if I get Hands, there are probably 4 weeks when I'd want to start him

    13, 14, 17, 19

For other rounds he'd be in the loop at best (I say, assuming I won't get smashed by injury and forced into playing anyone who can take the field)
So waiting a week or 2 means you're missing a large chunk of his potential use ( or saving a trade for when it turns out he's crap and you don't want him)

to live up to this thread title, Hands being named to start means I'm definitely buying him now.

This leaves me over 500k in the bank, and since Blaize is benched, I can simply trade him straight to Kiraz and never have to think about buying a centre ever again (I also have Aitken and Manu, but both are on bye next week so I will need one, and Kiraz can be used at WFB as well).

Talagi may seek an early release from parra , thought they'd make room for him if they were keen to retain him.

IF he keeps the starting spot the rest of the year though, a cashout next week isn't a terrible outcome.

Aren’t we all winging it at this point

In reality answer is JMK/Mahoney post their 2nd bye in 14/15. Brailey has probably benefitted from other injuries and want to see Crossland rotation for few more weeks

Agree. Lussick was an Arthur thing.

Barrett has turfed him as soon as he could.

Although would surprise me if hes an 80 min hook straight iff the bat

Hooker is a shit position and I refuse to invest any more than I absolutely need to into that position.

Grant and Hands should cover every round except round 20 (only if Grant does not back up, which is unlikely)

Shopping for some Talagi replacements. Tago at $535k and Penisini at $519k (now that Moses is back) are both interesting prices for keeper centres. Could also pay up with Kiraz which gives an extra number R16. Or just play Talagi for his 8 points the next two rounds and make a play for Aitken in R15. Something to mull over during the long dark teatime of the soul.
