Assume bye plan fit is plays R16. Do you also need them to be available R14?
13,14 and 16 are the immediate needs. I had originally planned on bringing in Latrell next week to cover 19 as well but might pull the pin early and go Kiraz instead.

How many players will you play across the bye period?

    Last year for the Lord of the Byes comp (out of 63 entrants);

3 Teams managed to play a full team across every major and minor byes = 90 played
A further 10 teams only played 1 short across the 6 bye rounds.

Booze comfortably scored the most points across the 6 bye rounds, averaging 55.9 per player, while only playing 1 short in Round 19.

56% of teams played a minimum of 85 out of a possible maximum of 90 players
89% of teams had a player average over 50 points per playing player (pretty sure that will be lower this year!)

TLDR: You probably want to only play short by 3 or less players across the byes if you can - but quality is always important.

e.g. I'm playing 13 this week, but 3 of which are Shoes, Mikaele & Kris, so that's probably equivalent to playing 12 or less...

    Armstrong/Ming/Lucas/Hughes for me tonight

Will need Lucas especially to score well

I actually think the game will be quite close, it's feeling like a Golden Point kinda game imo

I had 12 for this round, 11 now with no Talagi. Throw in Hughes... Probably realistically playing with 9.5

I thought coming into round Iro, Hughes and Hands were my worst 3 numbers. KPP and Brailey the next most risky I guess

So far a 43 and a 55. Hopefully the 6 I’ve got in this game all score well (Hughes, King, Kiraz, Brailey, KPP, Armstrong)

I think I should go better over the byes this year but once again the run home will probably be my downfall. I’ve never got to the final round with trades.

Will have 7 players in this game: Brailey, KPP, Armstrong, Salmon, Preston, Hughes, Kiraz.

Safe to say it's fairly make or break.

This year will definitely be tougher, possibly more around quality than quantity.
I noticed while doing some LOTB setup that average team values are down a million on last year.
That likely pushes those 50+ averages down into the 45+ range instead.

I struggled this week even to identify one player that I felt was a solid 50 point scorer... gulp
