Garrick was a WFB for almost all of last season who was named at centre in the first game of this one, so absolutely clear-cut DPP there.
Manu actually played more games (6) at 5/8 last year than fullback, so technically probably should have got that DPP instead of the WFB one.

Where they are aware of it, I do think they take into account some of the talk coming out of the teams;
Talagi has been talked about as the future fullback for the Eels (if they can keep him) and has had some games at fullback now, and is fairly popular in ownership, so I'd expect he gets the DPP.
