Only thing I can think is Parra have matched up pretty well with the Panthers in recent years, but

1. Qld don’t play anything like the Panthers.
2. The coach responsible for consistently beating the Panthers has been axed.

I think I’ve worked out how Qld “get” Origin… they decided Tom Dearden was the next man up, and don’t stress about Cowboys bottling games etc. and just pick him

NSW had Hynes as next man, got upset because his defence at CTR wasn’t up to scratch, all these questions about his middling team he’s lifted to those heights not being a really great team, and so on and on.

Moses has never been considered the next man, or the man, but now he is!by virtue of not playing for 10 weeks.

We should probably just ask Mitchell Pearce out of retirement.

Yeah, Montoya has become a real weak spot in our team. Pompey did some nice things on attack but made some glaring errors on defense but I think he deserves to stay in the team, especially with his much improved goalkicking.

@Weiland Rocco berry looks to have a sore hand so rts will be a straight swap. Tuapiki could go to fb or wing and cnk can timeshare at a stretch

Or capewell/niukore centre and push rts to wing

Interestingly, in the old days of manly men before the game got soft at some point the judiciary would’ve given JWH 8-16 weeks for being a repeat offender. But now it’s like “3000$ please maybe the 37th time it’ll be a deterrent and you’ll change your behaviour”.

Kelma being a grade 3 is a bit out there as well. But they are just making it up. Egan got popped in the face yesterday and there wasn’t even a penalty lol
