Given his concussion history and the tight timeframe to make protocols - probably better to just omit him from the start, rather than name him only for the inevitable withdrawal later.

Yeah not surprising but was holding out some hope, can never be too careful if there's a lot of history.

Now the question is when and in what capacity will he return looking ahead to rd19.

Uto should play big minutes with that bench and step up again as the leader of the pack.

Wowee 2 trades left and 13 players for R16 and R19 based on current injuries and SOO teams. I only have 12 for R17 but I may get through the R20 unscathed if I can find the right trade next week.

    Thanks Galvin and Fifita

Porter could be the smokey Tigers POD that I am looking for until Bateman returns. Played really well last week and Tigers used their last interchange last week to get him back on the field. Lets them run Seyfarth through the middle.

Having 13 for major byes isn’t the brag you think it is if you’re 5 short for R17

Lobb is also still out, so maybe his and Twal's concussions actually happened in the back end of the week and they're still inside 11 days?

This is entirely fantasy-selfish, but Mitch Barnett being 18th and missing an NRL game while Cam McInnes is right there at 19 with his team on the bye is silly to me.

At some point the clubs are going to start chipping away at Origin the same way they did with City-Country, internationals. Won't be tomorrow, might be 20 years away, but will happen. Hard to cop being just outside the 8 and a player missing because he's the backup... but only backing up half the team, really.

Many people spend their last 10 dollars on birth control and beer

MattNZ spends his last trade three weeks before the new ones come in on a speculative low-minute MID SUB-COW POD!

The Tigers game is the earliest day they could play after following protocols. There's no leeway for any setback

Perhaps the time frame was considered too tight to try and make it. Not sure about Lobb but Twal also has previous concussion history so definitely makes sense ot play it safe and not risk him.

2k off JDB to Tohu or 1k off Walker to May

    Wonderful
