I think there’s nothing we can do until Thursday morning.

It would be a risk you'd take going Howarth. That Meaney replaces him when fit, although could also come back for Anderson.
Reimis Smith could always get back into the team too
I think he's at least worth a look though

Roosters bench not promising for another 80 minute Terrell performance
Haha, first thing I looked at too.
Every chance that bench changes, depending on how Crichton/Collins/Watson get through origin. But at least Terrell named to start

Ergh had that bad feeling re Twal. Hope the bloke is alright. Probably don't get much of an update, might have to consider trading him out rd19 be damned (and maybe he doesn't even play it).
Relieved that Lemu is named hope he stays there.
Fingers crossed Grant, Cotter, Patty get through origin alright firstly but would need all three to back up to field 17, suspect I'm probably looking at 16 best case.

Gutted about Twal more than anything. Has been a disaster and now feels a really tough hold for 19.

Hopgood being injured possibly long term really forces you into Haas/Yeo/Carrigan as gun final team MID
Murray cut price but who knows rotation. Then really just Koloamatangi and Tapine as options.
Tempted by KPP to Yeo (c) as one trade (297k ITB). But would have to see impact on Hynes/Cleary fund

Id say Kevy wasnt lying when he said those things, but there's also, believe it or not, the chance for coaches to change their minds.
I still think haas/patty probably sit out.. but, we arent doing too well on the ladder at the moment.
They are decisions that wouldnt be made til Thursday/Friday

Yeah I think it's very slim that they play but was going to say the ladder position certainly doesn't harm the chances.

i don't think any of the top teams are in a position to rest their origin players looking at how tight the table is a couple of losses they're out of the top 8

Yeah, probably have to pull the trigger but not really sure on who. Double trade imminent.

I think if Pat's out I just ride it out....he looks like a final team MID atm My feeling is they rest both him & Haas them but slim chance they play.
Also holding Campbell based on todays news
That leaves me with 16 & no clear non Origin Captain (think I'm going to have to go with the Actuaries options.....Yeo)
Edit : Sam Hughes still in my team

Just noting that the Fox Media have done the traditional pre game turn around where they start asking questions & picking apart the NSW team they were calling for prior to last weekend.
Read that Latrell had insulted some of the games finest indigenous players (GI, Thurston, Beetson etc) by claiming to be the best Indigenous player in the history of the game. Actual 2 year old Latrell quote which appeared in the article "I have a goal & ambition to be the best Indigenous Player in the game"....lols
Also having a crack at Moses for saying Hynes had been scapegoated in the media for the loss last time out by saying "We dont pick the team".........maybe, maybe not
Meanwhile in QLD.....

Not going to work for me but Bateman named in reserves could be a pretty handy replacement for Twal but of course Tigers play last. Might be ideal next week.
