Think Aitken is more must have but they’re extremely close. I almost splurged on Kolo this week but I’m a bit worried about him moving back to edge.

I’ve done quick ladder predictor on NRL website (not adjusting margins) and this is what it looks like coming into R27. Massive matchups for resting is Storm v Roosters and Panthers. If Storm lose both these resting risk reduced for Storm and Panthers I think as harder first finals game in 2 v 3 matchup

    1. Panthers (40)
    2. Storm (40)
    3. Roosters (36)
    4. Sharks (34)
    5. Dolphins (32)
    6. Manly (31)
    7. Bulldogs (30)
    8. Cowboys (26)

Where did you get Warriors? 26 is a low point total to make the 8 (Cowboys)

    Edit: Wow no Broncos

I hadn't seen the ladder predictor before, pretty cool! My top 8 has come out quite differently to yours, not sure on my skills at tipping though.

I've got warriors sneaking in to the 8 with only losses to Manly and the Dolphins in the remaining games. Probably unrealistic, but there's hope still!

Edit: Broncos 5th on my table

Warriors 11th I had, with 3 on 26 (Cowboys/Broncos/Rabbitohs). This is before R27 points so probably 28/30 to make 8

Also disclaimer my tipping has taken a beating recently. It was just a test to see mainly where Storm and Panthers end up for resting purposes in terms of buying guys like Yeo

Well that shiela was a terrible fit in a blokey show. That's not mysoginist, it's fact using Aussie slang. Typical of you though to slant it to suit your narrative.

It was the final nail in the coffin. It was once a terrific, funny, good watch that I thoroughly enjoyed. The "shiela" fucked it. I'm 35 years married with a daughter. Carry on though.

    I got.....

    Panthers
    Storm
    Roosters
    Dolphins
    Cowboys
    Manly
    Bulldogs
    Broncos

Bulldogs & Broncos both 28 points, Manly on 29.

    Warriors 27 points.

So many of those games could go either way though, I haven't got the Eels down for many wins, but I don't think they will get the spoon either

Using the ladder predictor I have Souths 6th on 28 points after R26. Then when they flog the Chooks in R27, as usual, they finish 6th on 30 points. Basketball

Don't agree at all.  You're going a bit over the top mate with your twisting of the original post.

Ratings dropped significantly once Fatty was replaced with Erin.  Nothing to do with her being a woman, she was a poor fit.  Look at Danika Mason or Yvonne Sampson, much better fit for what they do compared to what Molan was on the Footy Show.  In fact, Danika carries the channel 9 show with the other bozos.

I guess the bigger question is can he stay fit…….

Possible he averages 50, and should get DPP

The whole Gold Coast dynamic makes me wary, but I think Campbell is a good option. My other consideration aside from Turbo.

Conditioners are going to have their work cut out keeping Latrells weight down for a return

I'm going to guess all of them

I had a quick play, basically it looks pretty tight 4th down to 13th. Of course stuff will happen because it's NRL and nobody is good at predicting anything.

Losses to Storm and Panthers, the rest wins starting with the phins tomz. 2 x Tigers, Raiders Sharks, Knights, Roosters. No bias at all though...

Not really a fan of Erin but in fairness, I reckon the downfall had more to do with Fatty leaving, than Erin taking over.....plus the rise of Matty Johns show etc.

One of those roles that you would never knock back but in hindsight probably not great for her career.

All good things come to an end but Fatty really deserves a lot more credit than he probably gets IMO - which I am sure will increase over time with nostalgia etc.

That's fair.  I still think Molan was like a fish out of water at the time, but you're right, the way Fatty was pushed out, probably anyone coming in would have been up against it. Although she was still completely the wrong fit. Rabbit is right. Putting a female not really educated too much in the sport in the current environment of the show with the blokey vibe just didn't work at the time.

Plus Andrew Johns always made his feelings known about the whole situation.  There was a lot going on behind the scenes it seems and was destined to fail.
