The Broncos are 2-3 games outside the 8, Kevvie is a deadset madman if he rests Haas and Carrigan

The ole counter meal, used to love getting counter meals with Dad and a sarsaparilla

Spent a week in Brizzy last month celebrating my Old Man's 80th. Lots of Pub meals but no 'genuine' counter meals. Last one together was when we sat at the bar of the Three Rivers Hotel reminiscing Very Happy

As a Jensen Supremacist, and also having Willison, I was stoked to see them in Ressies. But yeah, no way they don't suit up if fit after Origin.

If you would only buy one for the rest of the season. Koloamatangi this week or wait for Yeo next week

I am in the exact same boat and I am thinking about waiting a week so I can do Sharpe to Yeo next week instead of to Koala this week, With Yeo there is no concerns about his role whereas Koala I guess it is still possible he goes to the edge.

This is my thinking as well. In saying that, I thought Koala was a terrible trade in 6 weeks ago Embarassed so kudos to everyone who took the plunge.

No one would have been able to predict that he stayed at lock when Murray returned. More likely to have been selected for Origin.

    Yes (C)ir

Despite going pretty well, Dolphins have conceded 24+ points each week since Tigers game

Crap, just remembered I want to get Terrell in this week. That screws up the trade plans

Cool, didn’t realize the casualty ward is apparently all-knowing and all-seeing, then can anyone tell me why we were only able to name 20 in our teamlist last week? as far as I know squads are 30-man with a 5-man development squad, if there was apparently only 5 injured and 4 out for origin, then that leaves 6 other players that should’ve been able to be named, what did they just vanish into the ether or something? Maths isn’t hard.

I was curious enough to look into this.

From the most recent list I could find this looks to be the Broncos top 29 (appear to have 1 spare spot still) + 4 development players (again appear to have one spare spot).

So the unaccounted for players last week were: Paix, Hoeter, Hunt, Pereira, Trew, Black, Leota

The forwards is where it appears the big problems have been and of those players that's only Hunt.

It looks like from the 33 players there is only roughly like 8 you could classify as middle forwards. Huge lack of depth for sure.

It's very difficult to argue with that. I'm up for the challenge nevertheless.

I wonder of Blore is going to be like Strange and just survive in my team until the end.

Well, I had a little squiz at the Trousers Fanatic (a somewhat appropriate name in regards to the comment you just made). I think it'll be tight.

The C on May could go well for me.

You've got Hughes and Galvin up your sleeve.

I've clawed my way back from 139,012th to a still unrespectable 20,221thst.

But I've got this. The tides are turning.

For those with only the fresh 8 trades remaining how many are you spending this week? My head says to use 2 max but there are so many good buys it's going to be hard not to just splurge them all.
