In regards to resting Storm players, are we expecting much of a heads up by Bellyache ?

Thinking about Cleary to DCE and Samuela to Angus or just holding the 2nd (and final) trade. Should buy a half and edge, so probably have to let Murray go through to the keeper.

Can't afford Samuela to Preston, probably should've bought Lomax over Gagai, but Angus, Nikora or Haumole aren't bad alternatives.

Feel relieved to be away from Robbo's roulette after finally punting May for the bye. Not sure I want to deal with Roosters forwards, even though Angus has been pretty safe playing 80.

Probably can't afford Samuela to anyone but Haumole if waiting until next week. Would be in the loop this week and probably play Pap and an injured Curran over him anyway, so pretty tempted to just upgrade him to a gun and be done with it. Loop Curran and Pap then.

Now it seems its just Murray or DCE

Anyone want to sell everyone on a super great alternative?

It's not supergreat, but in my situation (Grant as hooker, Hands as reserve, one trade left) I should probably go Cleary to a hooker given Grant will probably get a rest in R26 and I don't want to play Hands.

There are two high-scoring 80-minute hookers out there, Cook and Liddle. Am veering towards Liddle in a competitive team, but kicking myself yet again for bad early trades because the 250k in the bank could have funded something like Fainu to Carrigan as well. Probably 100 points down the drain right there.

I am in a similar (but not as precarious) position

Have Cook - with Starling and Hands as backup. Would rather have Starling/Hands in my 18-21. Don';t want to trade in Grant in case he gets rested, but perhaps Liddle will go OK.
Cook should hopefully play all 3 games though so I may be OK with existing cover - more likely than Grant at least.

Could also trade in Trbo as my WFB is low on depth

Or Murray as potentially the best scorer that I don't currently own.

Either that or take a punt on some random,
Last year I almost grabbed Tolutau Koula with my last trade with a couple of weeks remaining, and it would have paid off handsomely if I did. Just need to find this year's equivalent

If your WFB depth is low, Turbo for his next fixture or Tedesco for his remaining three (though there's risk of a rest) seem like the best options.
Dom Young could be this year's Koula?

SJ is a pretty juicy price. Would leave a lot of cash for an upgrade elsewhere.

Playing 2 out of the next 3 games. Doesn't seem worth it.

    My bench is:

    Ponga curran drown starling

Never seen a group of four players more likely to all score 32 in my life

Have all those munters….just swap a few of them into the starting team and it doesn’t look so bad 😉

Think I might jump off Curran or Starling to Murray this week

I agree in this instance, although in the mrc’s defence they probably thought he was Taane Milne

I moved ponga onto the bench to try spark a decent score.

Gray into the starting lineup feels wrong but his scoring says otherwise.

Few other jokers among the top 13 too.. perhaps haumole could do.. something.. anything

Still have a trade so might do matto to *anyone*

If Alamoti is fit, who does he come in for?  Laurie or McLean?  Anyone got any ideas?

Dylan Brown is the one that’s most annoying, he just sort of exists in spot 18 hoping for a good score every 2 or 3 weeks.

At least you know Starling or Curran are busting their humps with half the talent.

Pretty sure I picked him over Cook when I bought him
