Hmmmmmm, I wasn't going to trade him in as I was only intending on going keepers from here but that's some juicy points over origin if he keeps up those scores... bugger. Dilemma. Oh well I've only made 1 trade this week atm leaving me with 18, maybe I will splash out and go a little crazy next week.
Could do something like ETaylor, Mooper and Cordner (Assuming the leaked list is wrong and he isn't picked) next week and I'd benefit pretty big over the byes.... though on the other hand I want Mannering/PODene and JFriend in my final team too and that might be blowing all my cash. Love this part of the fantasy season!

Got Aitken this week & to score 53 by not getting much ball shows what tackle breaking beast he is.

Who should I bring in for Hastings?

With spare cash and DPP can bring in anyone that isn't a hooker. Want a keeper.

ET, SJ, Munster, Bodene, JTurbo are the short list.

Thinking ET might be good. Is close to bottom price and should score well from here on out

No trades made yet this week.

Struggling with what to do from here on out. So much cash in the bank and so little options lol

Pretty sure NSW has had 1 or 2 in the last few years that were right.

I'm thinking SJ next week but I only have one steady half in hunt. Forced to play lamb this week.

Bodene looks like mr consistent this year with a low of 51 points. Not sure how to check but thats gotta be in first place

To be honest mate, I feel a bit lucky with him. He played 68 minutes straight for that 50. Havilli only played 12 minutes and they didn't use Host at all.

Not sure why peeps are trading out Hastings. Cover him elsewhere this week if you have to, wait out his bye and see what the lay of the land is for R13, it's a fluid situation so things could be a lot different by then. If you ride his first bye as you must have planned to do anyway, his second one is R16 so he's very useful over the latter Origin period as all Roosters are.

Used 1 trade to bring in aitken. Happy with that. Would actually be ok if hastings got dropped for matterson as i think matty can score roughly the same and will be good for cash

Agreed. Torn though as keen to see Matterson play a few games.

Just 18 points off maximum in the matchday league, and 15 points behind current leader.

Updates can't save me though. 7 of us have exactly the same team, and looks like I was 3rd one to register based on current rankings, so impossible for me to win. (but can get equal first if Inglis gets a big update and/or Goodwin gets a downdate)

Hastings not in my planned final team.

Not going to make a tonne more money, and could be weeks before he even plays again. So ditch him now, bank the cash and get in a season keeper.

Holding out just for the possibility of getting a useful round 15/18 score just not worth the risk. Will get more points from his replacement than you'll lose by not having him for the byes

If K-Nik does go to the Storm then Bennett's plan of giving him more minutes in the year when he comes off contract so he'll resign has back fired. Also will he keep playing him.

i've reversed the hastings to dce trade twice now, but i think im going to stick with it this time more or less for the above reasons. now you just watch dce go down injured this week.

It's a good way of looking at it. But if you can carry him then he is potentially very handy over the Origin period if he gets another crack. He is my 2nd Half (with Norman 1st and Lamb Reserve). If I get to Sunday and he has been dropped then I don't have many options left. One option I can see myself getting suckered into is trading him for Matterson if Matterson is named at 6.
