    So catchy.

Haha that's pretty spooky. I didn't think anyone would get my obscure Rubicon reference but I'm glad someone did cheer

Well. Glad I held off on the Fifita trade for BLaw, even though Sharks have the bye in round 15 too.

No Beau Scott, he was/is always one of NSWs best.

Friz being included would of screwed some people over.

If this is replicated for Origin 3 does it mean that Cartwright misses round 18 or not?

He's out with a thumb anyway, he won't be there for NSW.

Glad I held off on trading in Friz this week.

Although with 20 players, there might be a couple that can be released to play this weekend? isn't that something that normally happens if they are not looking like they make the 17?

Yep, pretty sure only the 17 don't play.

Good old Brucey!! He's been pulled from the squad now due to injury anyway. Nothing yet in terms of a possible replacement!

Has there been an update on JDB? Cause with Fritz not there and the Dragons Bye schedule, there should be some solid minutes to fill.

Could Marketo be a good cash out/bye round points earner and then be a red dot for the rest of the year. Or is Matthews a better option if the main point is to add points over the bye rounds?

He didn't come off with any injury did he? Hopefully it's not serious and he plays next week. can't find any info on the severity of the injury.

Wacko reckons JDB is a week ahead of schedule, maybe 2 at a stretch. So Rd 15 might be possible, Rd 14 a long shot. Only place I've seen this is Wacko so not sure who he is being told from.

I reckon it has something to do with Gold Coast holidays as children or just not wanting to support a bunch of deadshit sub-humans.

    :pp:

but seriously, Mark Coyne was one of my favourite players as a youngster (followed the Dragons back then) plus I loved watching Wally. Felt like I had picked a losing team for many years there but they've come right since. Wink

My last workplace in NZ there were only two of us who back QLD and about a dozen guys who were blues fans. Competely atypical of the ratio in NZ. Strange.

Reminds me of that Simpsons episode:

John: Homer, what have you got against gays?

Homer: You know, it's not...usual! If there was a law, it would be against it!

Marge: Oh, please, Homer, you're embarrassing yourself!

Homer: No, they're embarrassing me! They're embarrassing America! They turned the Navy into a floating joke. They took our best names, like Bruce, Lance, and Julian. Those used to be our toughest, manliest names, but now they're just...

    John: Queer?

    Well they are now Homer......
