i don't loophole, no skin off my nose to the people that do, if it's not against the rules, have at it, but it's always had to much of an 'against the spirit of the game' vibe for me.

I can only assume Ma'u got his score due to Scott being injured. He hasn't been pushing up good scores. We know what ET is capable of and could very quickly become a keeper/gun if given a chance.

I thought Ma'u continued to play out on the edge but I might be wrong and played his usual 80in. I'm not that familiar with positional play though (perhaps he came into the middle for a bit??) but it seemed like he just had a slightly better than average game boosted by a late LB and TBs and he got a TS as well earlier in the game. I think he added about 20 points in the last 5 minutes or so. Play just seemed to run his way quite a bit and he hardly drops off a tackle.

With that in mind though, is there an update on Scott? Cause Kenny Edwards was pretty involved and could be a good bye round pickup depending on Scotts situation.

Interested to know if the peeps who are trading in Hughes for Lamb are doing so because they already have Feeney ?

At this stage Lamb is not due back till round 20 and Mullen is currently listed as returning "late season" on the casualty ward site (http://www.nrl.com/nrl-casualty-ward/tabid/10874/newsid/93149/default.aspx)

Would have thought that Feeney (assuming he keeps his place until Lamb or Mullen return) would play more games than Hughes whose shelf life is limited to when Morgan comes back.

Am I missing something here ?

Yeah missing that Feeney is complete and utter shite and awful AE. People are opting for a geniune 0pt NPR over here for season end. Those lucky enough not to already still own him (guilty)

I burn trades every year in the centres and promise myself at the end of every season not to do it again. It's an illness.

I just traded in some kid called Su'a who I've never seen play rugby league and who is a 20th man at best when his side is full strength. Evil or Very Mad Drunk 2

Guilty as charged here. Hoping Feeney can't be that poor at his natural position.

    Fair enough Greenmachine & Bulldog

Still, I think I would take possible poo AE score or emergency 4th reserve over red dot ? I have enough of those already :-)

Just trying to convince myself that getting that extra 2k will help somehow haha.

Cash out who plays 2 tricky bye rounds then disappears as an AE danger. Shut up and take my money!!!

yeah, he played entirely on the left edge as usual. he got alot of ball and went into beast mode towards the end. mind you kenny edwards was subbed for the last 15 mins with moeroa going out to the right edge to end the game, and moeroa just doesnt go looking for the ball at all. everything went left at that point.

i've mentioned before that it would be nice if scott missed a few weeks. i have edwards and if he plays 80 mins he scores 50+ every time. he's so active on the field and when he runs he loves to crab across field picking up tb's with the big fend. he's a bit of a paul carter type without the 'paul carter award', though he does get tired and slip off tackles. i really like what he offers as a player.

My thoughts are that Gordon isn't a keeper. You'll be trading him out again post-origin.
Not sure what the better options are, maybe Coote? Semi?
