In VSDT, I'm holding Hastings for now, and waiting to see what the Roosters team looks like for Round 15 before I make a decision on him.

If I can manage funds, should I trade Lamb and hold Lolohea or cut Lolohea loose now and pocket the 40K and leave Lamb for the time being? I know Lamb won't lose money but sort of want to see how Lolohea goes for one more week when the Warriors return. If he can manage 40 odd somehow, he'd be good for round 15. If he fucks up again, obviously I'm losing cash.

If I happened to bump into Jimmy (although not much chance of that happening) I'm sure he would remember after some not-to-subtle reminding from me. Wink

Yep, I am going to try to in Fantasy. I can hold him in VSDT as my byes are shot anyway (along with my rank).

    KIEREN JACK

ADDING a bit of Aussie flavour to the list is Sydney Swans star Kieren Jack.

Just last week, coach John Longmire embarrassed the Swans co-captain in a press conference.

Jack was in danger of missing last weekend’s Grand Final loss against Hawthorn for rough conduct, but was hit with an $1800 fine instead.

“He’s extremely disappointed it’s cost him $1800,” Longmire joked.

“He’s very careful with his money. He might have taken the game (suspension), he ummed and aahed about it.

“He’s copped $1800 and is disappointed but I’m sure he’ll get on with it.”

Jack admitted the stories of him being tight were true and says he got it from his dad, rugby league great Garry Jack, who is also a tight-arse.

“The thing is, most of it is all true, but a lot of it is all old,” Jack told mX.

“As a first-year rookie player I was not on a lot of money and living out of home, so I had to find ways to save a dollar. It’s escalated from there and they’ve made up a lot of stories along the way and I’ve got an old man who is a notorious tight-arse, so it hasn’t helped my cause.”

    Hey Filth.

Haven't been on here for a while, but I try to read the thread from time-to-time.

Hope all is good with you mate. Still in Melbourne?

Is lolohea to Hughes worth it? Seeing as Hughes will play 2 games with hopes of avg 30 points in each game

Im hoping lolohea comes good. Its a risk though he could end up at 7 next week or back on the wing who knows what the warriors team will look like next week

Broncos offer Cody Walker a 3 year deal. This must mean as rumoured that K-Nik must be going to the Storm to replace Green. Hopefully Bennett now goes back to playing Macca for 70-80 minutes as he was only giving K-Nik more minutes to secure his signature.

In my infinitive boredom at work ive noticed an interesting trade option.
At the moment I'm running with

    Hastings > BHunt
    Fergs > Aitken
Lamb > Hughes with 99k in the bank

    Option I've discovered

    Hastings > Milf
    Fergs > Aitken
BLaw > ETaylor with 20k left

3 *borderline keepers* in but I miss out on BHunt for now and maybe the future

    Thoughts lads?

I personally like the newly discovered option Liverpool.

On a side note I'm feeling nervous about my Hastings to Matterson trade I made last week, it could be a huge cock up (roosters pun ha) come next week.

Yes. According to the rules at least.

Last year we didn't get extra trades in the small byes. It's yet to be seen whether the site will actually reflect the new rules. See what confidence we have in fanhub
