Crazy shit last night. If he was ever going to get a stroke of luck the rain would have come back 10 minutes earlier, not on the last lap.

Hopefully the Universe will run out of ways to screw him soon. Especially if that fkn prat Hamilton gets to benefit from them.

Every year when I watch the Monaco race I get a strong urge to start looking at finally travelling to Europe.

I don't do Fantasy but god I love F1.

Shame about the Mercs and McLarens this year.

dont think i can say "shame" about mercs after the countless boring races of the past few years lol.

ive done fantasy a few times and give up as it seems a little boring as well. this year has been fun to date tho and somehow sitting 29k out of 1.31m so might keep going lol

SA was a great race (ignoring the controversy of them having it to start with).

Finally started watching Drive to Survive. It's interesting if over-dramatised and still entertaining for someone who knows what the end results are.

Used to play Virtual F1 - pick four drivers, pick four teams. Generally did OK but never near the top.

I mean I get the Merc hate, but Masi man.. just handing it to Verstappen

yeah i have changed my views back and forth on this over the months. at first i was all for it and thought a one lap to battle it out seemed to be coming from good intentions - the yank F1 owners had given Massi directive to make the sport appealing again etc.

but with that call and how it only ever favoured one driver it was wrong. especially when you read/see how many other drivers pitted for new tires in a hope of some points only to be told not to un-lap and were left there to do nothing.

one thing the yank motorsports have that i wish F1 had was Green-White-Checkered finishes so races didnt finish under safety cars.

the old virtual was good fun actually!!

DTS is getting worse by the season, im glad a lot have stepped in to say stop making it a doco-drama. although its the doco-drama style thats getting new viewers to F1, like yanks. even my sister in-law now thinks she is a F1 guru following a few seasons of DTS and a few F1 races
