A lot of that ownership will be from people who pick a team before the season and never look again. Haven't seen him in many serious teams and will certainly be looking at him post-byes for the run in. Ditto Gallen.

You may as well forgo the Allegiance of Frizz and just vote for me, I don't mind claiming a shutout.

I won't blame them either. Once Tapine and Austin make them look like reserve graders and we leap frog your mob, its going to be a pretty lonely feeling as the 'loyal Suncorp crowd' turn on them in typical broncos style.

Gallen and Dugan would finish it off nicely.  Thurston and JReyn are great POD's and in all seriousness, it's a team that could win a weekly (not that that is really a thing anymore).  I can't believe you have dropped down to 2000 odd with that team.  Did you lose a shitload of rankings on a bad bye week or something?

Yeah I thought that too. Cheers. Not many people have J. Reynolds and he has been killing it lately. Got him when he was cheap. I have improved it heaps within the last 2-3 weeks. Didn't have anyone in the centres, and Mansour and a couple of others were doing bad. wasted trades and rts, jdb, fensom, Mannering to name a few. I get a bit impatient lol.

I wish I had the 3 trades this week instead of next!

    Smith Parcell
    JBrom Jtrbo JGraham (Ese'ese)
Surgess SST Carty Bateman (Aloiai, Leuluai)
    Hunt M'bye (Hughes, Feeney)
    BJ Holland (Gutherson, Wiliame)
    Munster Teddy Barba Mitchell (French)

    $475k in the bank

    Thinking M'bye - SJ and
Bateman - someone who plays next round and is also a keeper (Mannering?)

Open to ideas/suggestions; I'd normally be loathe to trade in 1 Warrior let alone 2 but I have painted myself into a round 15 corner

well the Hurrell trade is out the window, and i can't just downgrade Claw because i didnt realize Dugans injury was multi-week, so i'm already down one centre... might go Taylor to Cleary so i can keep my Mitchell to Teddy trade.

or maybe not, that takes me down from 12 to 10 in round 15... maybe the correct answer is to risk an Auva'a/Gutherson centre pairing for a couple weeks, DPP Claw out to Cleary & DPP Grant to SST?

eh, i kinda hate that too, it clumps all my WFB/HLF's, WFB/CTR's & FRF/2RF's together in the same position, not a killer but it will limit some options until/unless i can spread them out again

We have 7 seeded Leagues this year and an Overall League for the seeded leagues. They are all finalised obviously but we do have our Open overall league which is around 370 odd people in it now. All are welcome to join that one but you'll have to get the code off Random as he is the Commissioner and I don't have it written down anymore.

We open up the Leagues Registration around a month before the comp starts each year so jump in for 2017 when the time comes. In the meantime, Bren runs an in house Eliminator every year which will start in a month or so and, whilst we haven't fully worked the rules out for this year yet, chances are you'll be able to jump into that as well Very Happy

Two of the best players to bring in this week in regards price v potential. I have Mannering but can't bring SJ in till after byes. Looks like you could keep MBye (he has been disappointing but not terrible) and still bring in SJ for one of your plodder halves? Or do you want to keep a healthy bank?

The bank was initially slated as upgrade funds for Parcell to Friend, but that gap is shrinking on it's own. I never really thought of keeping M'bye and upgrading a noob, but that is a solid option. I could also use Barba or Mitchell I guess, although I've enjoyed the versality back there. Hmm

I'd be looking at sorting out your WFBs and bringing in Ted or Munster for Hastings via Feeney. Would also ditch Holland for Lolohea who could be a cheap CTR keeper IF NZ keep playing expansive stuff. So Aitken, Lolo, Mitch, Barb, Munster/Ted back there is a much better set for the season, with Gordon and Gutherson to be downgraded to ultimately upgrade Cleary and a gun for Tolman (EDIT. Maybe Mitchell instead of Guth/Gord for downgrade depending on where they're all playing in a few weeks)

However if you make those moves now then Round 18 is even more fucked than it looks for you already...
