keeper i reckon. if the warriors start their mid season run then he should be good for +5 on his average too.

Do you have a dangerous AE in your squad?

Feeney injury and trading out KNiko works out iawesome for me because it means I can just start Mitchell and have an AE of Bateman or Pauli Pauli

What about that Vincent Leuluai. Anyone still looking at his mug head in their squads? It tilts me but what can you do when he's a 128k non playing DPP. Nothing. Keep swapping him around as NPR fodder Laughing

Yeah still looking at Vincent Leuluai's mug. Probably should of gone Daniel Saifiti or something but oh there's a ton of things I could of done to place better.
Anyway I'm holding out hope he could play the bye rounds. Guerra gone for Origin and so with the lack of depth there if he's recovered from an injury he could potentially play. I mean he was the first choice bench option at the start of the year.

They chose wrongly though. 38 tackles for 3 misses on debut as a teenager is pretty damn good. They had a lot more success running Bromwich/Proctor at Soward for 2 tries. Common tactic to run it at the rookie half but Cleary stood up to the task.

Stats aren't the be all and end all, the defensive would compress to help him out so he isn't singled out which leaves them short on the other side. Stats are great for fantasy but to say they got it wrong when they won the game pretty convincingly is the wrong choice of words.

Is that character even fit do we know, playing lower grades?

Got great byes roosters now and with cordner gone and Guerra origin no time like the present for him to steam back onto the scene with an 8 or 10 pointer!

I didn't see the game but this is a great comment. The stats don't tell you whether other players were drawn in to help him complete those tackles, whether they were able to offload, whether they got a quick ptb off it etc.

My 17 is looking rattled with injuries. Could go Mitchell -> Tedesco, but still leaves a reserve on Fonua-Blake or Gutherson. Guessing I'm holding DCE because I just don't have the trades. How confident are we of Mitchell playing?

True that I know stats can tell you a player is better than they actually are but still Storm had all their success down Penrith's left hand defensive side. I dare say that's one reason why Soward got dropped this week is because he keeps getting run over. Cleary had a pretty average game in reality but wasn't a liability in defence for me.

Late mail says he hasn't trained but club is optimistic he will play.

I would think he won't. Not with an ankle injury. Preparing more for AE route rather than trading him out as I think he's a keeper

That's also what I'm doing with Mitchell. If he doesn't play it's Asiata, French or Gutherson that will get the a.e.

Regarding V. Leuluai the fact that Frei has come into the team means I'm not too optimistic he'll make an appearance for the rest of the season.

I'd go Cleary, Packers scored okay lately and not likely to have a second up shocker.

I'll do the who to leave out thing also.
Pauli Pauli, Croker or Cody W.?

Cleary you need to gather some Dutch courage and say Mbye to Packer.

Cleary is going to get decent base stats, he should do the bulk of the kicking. Should be some points in the game.

And assuming he will kick goal too. He goes alright with Soward gone.
