Have had another look at Lichaa.

    3.38% ownership
When playing 80mins this year, 42,53,44,54,55 with the first game returning from injury
So looks to be a 50-55 point player when given the minutes and mostly solid tackle stats
(The first 42 game was returning from injury)

Also Garvey looks to drop off the bench so that is promising there, going forward.
50k under what he started the year at so could also say undervalued.

70k spare (Compared to Friend) means turning a Lolohea/Barba/Mitchell/Gutherson into a Rapana/Nofoaluma/SKD/Morris but if you have a little more (40K) Tedesco/Aitken/Leilua/Croker

Well it depends on how things look when he returns (from his second hamstring injury for the year) with Manly having nothing really to play for.
Guess some people are gambling on him returning and not playing 80 mins, while taking the points this week

If i dont make the trade this week to Friend i will definitely take a look at Peats for the run home if NFriend isnt around

I put a line through Peats because I figure with Friend now retiring he will always be on the bench when fit.

If you have some depth and/or decent trades left to cover his potential injury, then I would go Dugan personally.  He has the highest ceiling and is 40-45k cheaper.  His DPP could be valuable to your flexibility as well when trades are scarce if injuries hit if you have Gutho or Copley or Manu or another DPP WFB/C?

I know BJ has been great in patches but he has always been hot and cold, and Croker needs the Raiders to be playing well for him to hit those big scores.

Can the 40-50k you save with Dugan get you a Gun somewhere else as well instead of just a mid-ranger?

I take it you are looking at Round 20 onwards, or doing the trade sooner?

I think I'm going to pick Tyrone Peachey up in the ctr's for Holland. The Panthers have a decent schedule for the rest of the year, and they get to play the sharks in an MBR rather than a normal round.

I don't really like any of the other options. SKD has a tough run home, so I think he might struggle. And Yeo I don't mind, but I feel Peachey is more likely to go on a hot run of scoring than Yeo, who I see getting consistent scores in the high 30's low 40's.

Is SKD a straight swap option for Holland? Has had 30+ TBs over the last few games??

Just read superbucks opinion but definitely worthy of some consideration.

On top of what superbucks said, if you go back to the month prior to his TB spree, SKD averaged 26 points over 4 games, and that included 2 tries.  Base stats for that period were a thoroughly dismal 15.  That 17 TB's in a single game has to be pretty much a record as well.  And I reckon the 32 TB's over 3 games in that streak is probably also close to a record; allthough Dugan/Mansour/early-Nofo/Fifita may have come close?

Over the last 3 games that he made all those TB's and averaged 53-his base stats were still only 21!

Haha cheers SI, I too ran the numbers and am no longer interested for a couple of reasons.

One for the reason you have stated but since my mates league had a few early pullouts I have a semi and possibly a final in rounds 20 and 21 and so for that reason I'll look at bringing in TTurbo for his matches against Souths and Newcastle

So this round will be a cash out of Barba > Manu

Cheers for the number crunching, that puts the TB's in perspective. SKD is one of the better TB'ers, but the last 3 games definitely seem inflated.

Peachey is probably not much of a better option for consistency, but I think the Panthers run is really good.

I don't have Aitken though, so there is the option to leave the Holland trade until next round.

CTR is the most annoying spot in fantasy.

Im thinking Barba > Manu this week as I can genuinely see Barba scoring sub 15.
Hold Holland and hope he somehow plays with a sneaky injury being sustained by a current member of the backline
