You arent supposed to see who iti s so it usually says New player yet to play or similar but if you click on the matches themselves you can see who they have bought by the little green and yellow dots next to the players.

Screw SJ, he's obviously playing injured though.  I agree Woods played that obstruction up, and even though it cost SJ points, he did run behind the player.  Based on how they have been officiating these calls, they just went with how they have ruled on every other case.

The Barba to Walker trade worked well.  Might use my final trade on SJ next week.

I also missed the first part of the Rabbits game, but I heard something on MMM that Ricky told them he was going to rest a lot of players next week.  Don't know if it was a piss take as I didn't hear it and what context it was meant in.  It was just an off the cuff remark by the commentator.

He said he would be guided by the Raiders high performance unit, but mentioned that a few players were busted and he wouldn't hesitate to rest them.
He didn't mention any names.

Loving the score of 0 by Bird this week, worst score I have had all year by far... FML

Looking at how they ended the game, I'd say Sezer is first in line for a rest. Not particularly fantasy relevant, that, though it would mean Whitehead at 5/8th.

Other than that you'd think he'd want to keep Hodgson in cotton wool, and maybe BJ and Rapana.

Hodgson had last week off, so I think he'll play. BJ has had a few niggles so I'm worried about him,\ to be honest. Hopefully we get a bit of an idea before the weekend starts.

Up to 922 overnight with Aitken and De Belin to go.

Loving the Nofo updates and even SJ got over 30. Really happy with my Walker, Nofo and Taupau trades over the last two weeks.

somehow, after scraping through my game last week with a giant fuck up of only selecting 16 players, I am flying by the seam of my pants again this week in the L6 semi. Despite the agony of having Taukeiaho, I am still 42 points up with Grayskull Masters only with Aitken to play. I could still sneak into the final with a bit of luck! (or bad luck on Aitken's behalf)

Yea a bit late with only one week left for this still in it. Oh well, might come in handy next week.

My predicament this week..

30 points ahead with my Aitken to play vs their Rein..

Do I roll with Aitken and hope he holds off Rein with the 30 I already have

OR

Trade Aitken to nuffie and take Opacic's 36 which would set a total of 66.. something Rein shouldnt make..

Would leave me with one trade left for next week if I make it

Appreciate any advice.. long time lurker

The dragons had a terrible game last week, it should be better this week , I don't see Aitken scoring less than Opacic

A lot of players have brought in dugan for tedesco as their final trade. I hope it backfires for them and gutho comes up with the goods not likely though...

All this talk about resting players is good for the final week of fantasy. gonna be a cracking game between the storm and sharks in melbourne. cant see anyone from that being rested, cant wait.

a lot of talk about the paltry prize of $100,000 for the minor prem winners and how that is pocket change for teams. sticky has probably racked up more fines in a year. what do you guys reckon it should be? not sure what the comparisons are.

Makes sense Chewie but I reckon I would set the definite 66 to chase by trading Aitken out.  Thing is you lose Aitken for next week unless he is traded back in next week.  I think 1 trade going into Round 26 is a luxury not normally afforded so may as well use that second trade to set the 66 goal.  Easy to say when it's not my team though.

Aitken and Rein have played 20 together 20 times this year,  and Rein has beaten Aitken's score by 30 twice. One of those was Aitken getting -5 due to an early injury.

If you make the trade, injury is really what you are guarding against. With Rein being benched to start games recently, I can't see him smashing Aitken's score unless Aitken gets injured.
Aitken got a season low score last week (discounting the aforementioned -5 due to injury) and was still only 22 less than Rein. If he plays out the whole 80 I would be willing to bet on him getting you through.

If you trade him out, then that pretty much means you have to spend you last trade getting him back in (or a similar quality replacement) - so any other players in doubt and you'd have to play them.

At no other time in the season would I even consider making the trade, but in this instance I'd be willing to set the 66 for my opponent to beat.  However, depth may help.

Yeah I'd take bird in the hand in this instance.

Plus he has Opacic who will likely rack up 50+ when the Broncos pump the Roosters next week.

Don't see Aitken getting less than 36 tonight.

Finally made is back to Australia
Phone was not loading NFF overseas and didn't realise my mate gave up on my team 3 weeks ago so I've been running 14 players with the likes of fifita, graham, leilua sitting as NPR's and Merrin as captain. Still got 9 trades left but not enough time to salvage a decent rank
