There is a latecomers league. Entries close this Fri night 24/02 at midnight (see page 1 of this thread).

What's the plan if we don't get the 12 teams required to fill the Latecomers' League?

When I used organised the leagues, I would fill the last league (at the death) with reliable members who already had their team entered in higher leagues. I figured it was better to have duplicates fill the last league rather than having randoms (non-members) thrown in by Vapormedia, since we don't want non-members in our leagues.
