Find the gif (either google something like "Mearcats rave gif" or go to a collection like https://giphy.com/, right click on the gif and select "Copy image address". Edit - Bonus tip: If you use the google approach and select images, right click on the gif and select Open in new tab first and then copy the image address from there so that you get a shorter URL, if you do it straight from google images you will get something massive.

Go through google to find gifs.
As Archer mentioned
right click on the gif and select "Copy image address".
Then paste that between
