I looked similar to ET after that hit when I read MTB's coding yesterday.

I missed the game last night but should us ET owners be worried about injury or low score or was the injury the reason for the low score?
multiple.scoregasms wrote:I think you are all crazy ripping your team apart for Teddy. You knew he could post this kind of score and decided not to take him after weeks of research. Why are you now throwing everything away because he had a big score in round 1 instead of round 7?
White Lightning wrote:I bet Tedesco is the top trade in for round 2. I have to admit I never had him in any of my drafts as went for a more balanced squad but when a player scores 91 it makes you stand up & take notice.

White Lightning wrote:I got ET on the expectation of 70+ mins. Last year he averaged 63 mins & that was about the time he got a rest. You could argue that the Tigers had a big lead so he got an early shower but I don't think that is the case. Last year I picked up Macca from round 1 & stuck with him hoping for more mins but it didn't happen. Tedesco is a far superior fantasy asset than ET so I have no problems getting rid of ET.

Great post MS. We have to trust our research and our decisions, instead of panicking. We all know what Teddy can do on a good day, but we also know that there can be a downside with him too (e.g. low scores, injuries).

I decided to start with Smith this year to avoid the same fate...
Deeply disappointed

To be fair - the low scores are usually only due to injury, so that is literally his only downside. Kicking myself I didn't bring him in - I was just short while I had Hingano, but I didn't make the connection that I could get him when I switched to Jacks.
