All true! I love Moga but!



Moving Smat to 2RF but means I'm relying on 2 legit centres and there's no one really to replace in my 2RF at this stage.

743 for me this wk, not a bad start considering i had jbrom. Prior and pythian were the other false starts. Other than the typical quiet guns (carty, burgess, smith (C), turbo) the rest of the team are all going the right direction and my man crush for JDB was refreshed

50k in the bank so will go jbrom -> lolo (he was a machine and i think will be even better than last year)

then I'm trading prior-> matagi or sironen (leaning to matagi but the forward situation at manly makes me think siro will get work done. gah dunno) as a cash move which leaves me 50-100k to trade pythiaN to burns next week

I've decided I'm cashing up by also downgrading A.Taylor - Jacks, I'm sacrificing early round points in attempt to cash my self up to the eyeballs. That is my first trade barring any Slater news.

Then It's whether I think Musgrove sticks around long enough to be worth banking the extra $90,000 over DSaifiti now. In my head that $90,000 will be JWH - JBrom when his price falls again.

The spare $221,000 will be used later to turn Phythian into Munster with another cashie downgrade

I'm looking at Mannah if he can score at an average of 46 he could make 100k, may be a slow thing though.

Idris is going to be so frustrating. Cheap yes, but really no time for an interchange centre. It's one position I really want 80mins because I make too many trades there every year. One round down and already looking at a non DPP in moga. Ridiculous

I think JWH may still go okay but i want Moga so bad. Hymel Hunt still haunts my dreams.

Would leave me with 103k emergency funds.

Am i wasting trades?? I feel like Musgrove will score the same as JWH but his job security isnt secure. hmmmm

What's tough is so hard to gauge from 1 round whose score was fluke and what will be the norm

If i can see someone who will score the same for $100,000 less I will pull the trigger no problem as will most

You make a good point about someone who can score similar for 100,000 less. Have chucked Musgrove and Moga in for Saifiti and Pythian.

If you can't get him in without shifting your team around to your displeasure then I'd probably just accept you can't get him and move on. I missed out on Hymel Hunt and Cody Walker last year, still didn't do crap, finished just outside top 1500. Can't have every cash cow, can't have every gun.
I mean all depends how much you think a cash cow like Moga is worth a trade and 35k.

I'm likely going the top route.

Was going Saifiti - Musgrove but seems like too big a risk, extra $90,000 is nice but could end up being another mid ranger so going with the sure thing and with Barnett who looked the goods
