Wallace was off at the 20th minute. Came back on at the 31st, not sure why or for who so was quite a weird interchange given proctor played the full 40 until first half. Maybe with James playing two 30 minute stints they wanted Wallace to start but also to have at least one of James and Wallace on the field at all times. If this is the rotation then you would expect Wallace to maybe come off again with 10 to go and only play 60 minutes.

I made a call earlier this week in the big call thread that the Knights would win this week.

Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 16
IF Talakai does end up getting benched should I just bench him and play Kelly instead of going to Suli? I say that because Talakai has a BE of 3 and even a mid 10's score will get a little price increase and next week I'm keen to see if Ponga gets a run at fullback who I could trade in.
It does mean I'd literally have to rely on Cotric or Kelly as one of my scoring CTR's but like I said what can you do when these are the only cards potentially dealt out to you.

I only traded in Moga after all the noise about Talakai being benched. I don't believe it as I couldn't see Hymel Hunt anywhere in the training photos for this week. Still think Jennings is coming in to replace him.

It's funny how long term injuries and in game injuries can turn poor choices of fantasy players into good options e.g bunty afoa, Hess, welch, ese, Adam Elliot, maybe ponga, Patrick Kaufusi etc got to ride the luck I guess. If we play the long game and plan for byes the cream should rise to the top right?
Making me doubt my Wallace and suli trade ins for prior and Pythian. Should I wait for Jennings, burns, ponga, GGM, brad abbey, or get suli right now or wait. Should I get Wallace now or sit on prior and go to Hess next week?

I think Suli is as good a chance as any of the other base price wingers that will come in to make cash. The tigers are going to be a team who just try score more points than they let in, i reckon alot of their games will be high scoring.
If you wait on the others you probably miss the best price rise(s) they get anyway. Ie to get best value out of them you need to get them at 138k
Kind of just have to take a punt on someone and go on gut feel. As we've already seen injuries are unpredictable and the players you already mentioned have or will benefit greatly from them.
I have pythian sitting there myself. Its a little annoying that souths play after the knights otherwise I could wait and see if Jennings actually comes into centre.

One of my h2h opponents has Hess (kudos to him) & then when Winterstein got injured & Hess came on I knew he would score large because I know what he's capable of. The man is a beast.

I was going to do Prior to Wallace and Phythian to Suli. Going to hold now and bring in Ponga and Hess next week

Group think is interesting. If you look at Renegades (or whatever it is now) Fantasy Bosses - a composite of 15 top Renegades teams ( http://renegadesfs.com/index.php/nrl-fantasy/item/1527-rfs-bosses-round-1) you'll see quite a few differences to what's going on around here.
Notably:
No McInnis (or McCullough)
Very low SMat and McGuire ownership
Very high ownership of Fifita and JGraham
1 Norman owner, 0 Tedesco
At first thoughts those differences match up with it being said there is not much activity there this season. And the activity that is there is not as on the ball perhaps.

Indeed. This game rewards the lucky as well as the skillful.
As for Suli, if you want him at all, you need to get him this week. He has better job security than any of the others, and will only go up on price for a while. Just don't expect 50s from him every week.
If not getting Suli, I think it migth be better to wait on Ponga/Abbey etc - as the potential Dogs/Cowboys fullbacks I believe have better scoring prospects than Souths wingers, even if they have less job security

You can get away with not doing the Wallace trade, however you need to jump on Suli now because you will miss the boat. Plus, Ponga is not guaranteed

Might bench Saifiti and play Suli instead, then go Hess next week if he still sucks.

Back up plans are really important in this game.
If you hold Saifiti. What would you do if Hess is named on bench again?

Probably end up going Wallace if he proves he can back up the performance.
