Glad I didn't bring Moga in now but I still need a replacement for Pythian. Here's hoping Ponga gets a run

My hope with JDB was that he'd be eased into the 80 minute position like he was last year.
Anyone know what his percentage ownership he is in the NRLFF overall league? I feel like quite a few of us overlooked him.
I always believed SJ would go well but in the end just didn't have the cash.

if there is one spot available, Javid Bowen will get it. He was preferred last year, preferred in round 1 and is sticking around.
But looks like there might be 2 spots available with Winterstein and Coote going down. If so they will have to choose between Ponga and Hampton/Gela-Mosby
At some point they have to prioritise winning games over being snarky, and if Ponga is going to give them the best chance at that then he should play.
It's not going to be GGM. Terrible defensive positioning and can't even tackle in under 20's

I was on him most of preseason but considered it a convenient downgrade to Gallen for similar scores that enabled me to get Munster over Dugan. Gallen better have a monster game very soon to justify it

I mean plenty of us on here ignored guys like Tedesco, JDB, SJ which might be a mistake, but at least we have the excuse that they are expensive to start with.
Huh? I selected all 3
That's great Finchy, but plenty of us didn't, that's all Milchy was saying. It was a combination pretty much every serious player would have wanted, but couldn't quite balance come first lockout.

Once I read the quote by McGregor that JDB will be playing 80 mins this year I got him in.

I have to laugh. I trade in Moga and he scores half of what he did last week. Though to be honest he didn't see much ball. Not stressing too much as it's only a short term cashie as I eventually want someone like Aubs or Whitehead in there with SMat.

If Ponga plays next week he'll be my priority but what I really want to do is move Sione to the ctrs & buy Hess.

Pretty happy (and a bit surprised) that I had the patience to stick by Captain Cam and Cronk, little less happy I played Moga, but swings and roundabouts

Yeah Moga was unlucky to see hardly any action as they were hitting Kahu's edge due to his injury.

I think Hess is going to score well even with limited mins. I had him for most of the pre season but dropped him due to concerns with mins. I knew his try scoring ability. I knew he had a very high work rate but didn't think he'd start so well. He was very lucky with the Winterstein injury but good for him. Now I'm thinking with the possible Taumalolo suspension & M. Scott possible acl injury that Hess could see his minutes increased.

No. I didn't say that at all. I said it was a combination pretty much every serious player would have wanted, but couldn't balance. Kudos to yourself and the other serious players that managed it. But at the end of the day, something else had to give in your team.

Taumalolo to prop, Fensom to lock? Or Lolo to prop, Lowe to Lock and Hess to 2RF?

Might bring in PKaufusi when Matt Scotts ACL injury is concrete
Could make some serious cash
