Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 17
watching the tigers game on the weekend i was cursing myself for having Moses but not Tedesco too - I want Moses to get high-scoring attacking plays, but I don't want my opponents with Tedesco benefiting.

I'm thinking Elgey to Field and Sezar to Lamb, holding Hayne, $45K itb.

You're effectively wasting a position in R3 if you're going to do that. This early in the game you want to be making money, Lamb will let you do that but then you lose whatever Elgey can make you as well.

What was the deal with Herman Ese'ese's score and minutes this week? Is that going to be a one off?
I mean Gillett got concussed but he's a back-rower and I think TPJ took his spot? Just looking to make some cash and get a decent scorer.

TPJ got a hamstring strain so Ese'ese stayed on the field longer. He played 48 mins so it's probably a 1 off.

@chippy nothing really major to sort out, I'd be looking at getting rid of the two DNP for two cows. Generate some more cash. You've set yourself up nicely though.

I think i'll hold Hayne.
Holding Kbrom as well for now at least.
This week I'm trading Talakai to Tommy T and Pythian to Stimson.
I'm hoping Stimson keeps the spot on the bench with Young T losing the "utility" spot.

Johnny B Goode wrote:So are fellow Gallen owners concerned or what? I mean for his price point ET's scoring fine but for Gallen no 50+'s isn't good. I can go to JDB this week but seems like a potential waste of a trade. Could downgrade him and get ever closer to getting McInnes in but again he's not scoring totally shit so may be better to hold.
I'm holding all my forwards for this week even though most of them underperformed. This includes Gallen. If not much has changed in a couple of rounds I might look at trading him, but I started with him as a pick and stick for the season so a couple of below average scores isn't a panic situation yet.

Bringing in McInnes, which will give me a squad with 7 season keepers.
Just have to be smart about what cheapies to bring in and make some cash.
Rennings looks the best option atm.

Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 17
I posted earlier about trading out Sezer. I see the Raiders are playing the Tigs at GIO. I can't seem to find any match stats for that particular shellacking last year. The Tigers are nowhere near the class of the Sharks, and Ricky won't let his team be embarrassed like that again at home this year. I can see them putting another 50-60 points on the Tigers. I know Sezer scored a try in that game last year, but did he do anything else beneficial?

If Dave Taylor is named in starting line up, surely he comes straight into most teams. If people have faith in spuds like idris and Hayne. Dave Taylor in a big pack surely is a interesting prospect
