There is a difference between admiring someone without saying a word and openly stating that someone shouldn't be on TV because they are fat / don't fit your ideal image of a women.

French disappointed me there. A couple of 20-odd pt weeks is concerning me, and may lead me to unlock his money to fund other ventures.
Raiders next week won't be much better if the Parra fwds don't get any go forward. He may help fund some HOK or 2RF options with multiple DPPs. In the end he's not getting me any better points than Kelly or Cotric...

I think he has a pretty valid point about wanting her to be prettier. You think all these girls are on this network because they are great sports reporters? They are only hired as eye candy in the first place. So if the media outlets themselves want to choose to put on a pretty skirt in order to provide equality rather than a Ruan Sims or someone who would actually have something insightful to say about football, I think it allows the audience pretty free reign to comment on her looks. Your acceptance of them as plausible females archtypes in this workplace is what is sexist.
