I wanted to trade Jacks to Hampton but that would leave me 9k short of getting Macca. Jacks is gone soon and my HLF's would line up like Johnson, Frawley, Jacks and Hampton which is pretty bad. I guess I could shift Guth up there if I needed to trade but oy with those fullback scores from Guth that might not even be an option.

I'd leave Jacks in there at the moment. Not sure how many games he will get over Origin but he is Munster/Slater insurance also.

Hampton looks good with JT hurt, while upgrading Brailey to anyone of Macca, Smith, McInnes seems a good option.

With the plethora or options around I think I will be basing my trades this week on Break Even's for once.

Already have Ponga, CHN, Edwards, Frawley. Obviously is a chance all these guys don't even play.

Negative BE's for Hampton, Chricton, Idris.

Papalli to Chricton and Kelly to Idris for me leaving 120K

Jacks to Hampton next week and Yates to anyone. Whitehead, BT, Graham, Surgess all options.

Back three last week of Ponga ( 58 ), RTS ( 58 ), and Slater ( 56 ) saved my crappy score of 832 this week.

McInnes scores have dropped after his red hot start for the first 3 weeks.
Is there any reason for this?
I know Manly were ordinary on the weekend so he didn't have to make many tackles but what about the previous 2 weeks?
Cashed out Elgey to Hampton and Kelly to nuffie last week for the Brailey upgrade.
McCullough now looks to be a much better option even with Niko possibly on the bench.

Dragons have pumped Tigers, Warriors and Sea Eagles so McInnes hasn't had a lot of defensive work to do. Have a harder run coming up so expect him to get back to 55+

Vaughan and JDB have just been eating up the metres.

McInn had a try and a few assists in Rd 1 for his 70. A number of attacking stats again in Rd 2 for 71, 5 TBs and a couple of assists.. but otherwise is just scoring in tackles and yeah the lack of defensive workload against Manly cut that short.

Obviously the 70 average was unsustainable. Even Cam peaked at 66 with goalkicking, general kicking, penalty immunity and just generally being a better player.

The attacking stats will come for McInn some weeks. Just gotta ride out those 40s and take the 70s when they come.

    Elgey to Hampton
    Yates to Crichton

    Current planned trades.

Realised there are no Thursday night games and I fly out midnight so Storm vs Sharks was the last game I get to see for a few weeks. Crying or Very sad

I was happy to be part is lowly league 7 as a reflection of my fantasy ability. But godammit L7holds 5 of the 10 places in fantasy overall and 7 in the top twenty. Surprised Smile

    Provisional trades

Lamb > Hampton (should have done it last week - hindsight)
Kelly > Crichton via SMat (feels a bit bandwagon-y but it solves half of my centre dilemma, plus banks a whole heap to put towards the Brailey upgrade which can wait another week)

    Look good. Crichton is another definitely on the radar. Another option I'm looking at;

    Lamb - Frawley/Hampton
    Yates - Crichton

I still have Musgrove though which is a worry with the current bunnies lineup.

Thinking about the fastest price rises in history of fantasy...just looking at Coreys Hot Nachos probably going to get 300k this week.

I remember Cleary last year came in hot, like 3 50 point games in a row.

I think Garvey holds the record, not 100% sure though.

Trades this week, not sure tbh. I think I will be jumping on Frawley if he can lock down being in the run on side.

Haha way over my head sorry mate

Thoughts on ET. I'm thinking of trading in Tolman for him but thinking of trading out Welch and Kelly to make some money instead

I think ET is a trade out unless you have to bring in cash cows or guns who will rocket up in price next week. ET is pretty consistent somewhat, so his price wont really move much.

Thoughts on Hodgeson? I can afford to get him in for Brailey with the one switch but I'm worried he can't get back to scoring 50+

WT Winfield wrote:I don't label many players as injury prone, but besides Adam Reynolds, John Sutton's gotta be up there.

At least they shouldn't fuck with his minutes/role as much as they might with Crichton, Musgrove etc.

Unless people just look at his byes and last week's score, I'd say he'll maintain his POD status, but gun? Don't think so.

    2017 - 6 games 47.5 average
    2016 - 12 games 42.8
    2015 - 17 games 42.1
    2014 - 19 games 41.7

Even if he stays fit and has good byes for overall, there's probably better options.

Thanks for the info Winny, my haphazard, bold and gut feeling trading has got me to 184 rank thus far... but no doubt it cant go on forever !
If i opt away from Sutton, theres some nice cashing out and stuffing away that can be done this week.
