    Very few forwards play 80 minutes every single week. Last year I believe Ryan Hoffman was the only forward to play every single minute.

    With the obsession over minutes played some peopl ehave here I just thought it was worth pointing out.

    Elliott Whitehead was also notable for playing every single minute of every single game. For the minutes played stat he came out on top in 2016

    Think he missed two minutes or something trivial.

    Whats does everyone think of Foran? Haven't heard much of him on this forum.

    Im looking to trade out guth. My options are: Milf, Frawley (if starting), or Foran

    If I'm going to upgrade to a gun HLF who should I pick when I have SJ? I was tossing up between the Rabbitohs halves for the bye coverage but are other options like Pearce or Cleary more reliable?

    I was looking at Adam Reynolds but I'm a bit turned off by the fact in games where his team isn't performing he's scoring closer to mid 40's.

    Was going to go Elgy to Frawley and leave it at that.

    Now with Guth on the fritz I'm less confident.

    My options are:
    A) Elgy to Frawley
    Guth to Crichton

    B) Elgy to Hampton
    Guth to Nofo

    Stating to think that the B is a safer, more economic option.

    Elgy to Hampton.

    More of a cash out option, to someone I can use over Origin if desperate, less likely to be there at end of year as an AE so saves me trading him out again (like you'd do with Frawley eventually)

    Guth to Nofo

    Nofo a keeper. plays Rd 15. Set and forget. Already have two gun Hooks so no desperate need to have a war chest at this stage.

    Thoughts?

    yeah, Whitehead missed 2 minutes (and also played 2 games in the halves which may have led me to discount him)

    There were about 10 or so forwards that played almost every minute.
    Whitehead, Cam Smith, Josh Papalii, Gavin Cooper, Wade Graham, Joel Thompson, Bodene Thompson, Matt Gillett all missed minimal game time.

    After that it gets to player like Josh Jackson who played 4 games under 60 minutes and 6 others under 80. Big minutes, but not 80 every week.

    But you'll notice that other than Cam Smith, none of those players were in the ideal final 17 last year (maybe a few would be around as PODs), showing that it is better to focus on points scored than minutes played.

    All this said, I'm still keen on bringing Crichton in this week.

    Foran has traditionally not been a good fantasy scorer. Long term you are looking at around a 40 average, which would make him slightly overpriced right now

    So the main question would be whether the move to the Warriors will provide a positive effect on his scoring. Hard to say based on just 2 (admittedly well scoring) rounds. But I think he'll drop a little from his high start

    If I had that kind of cash sitting there I'd get an established gun in 2RF and FRF (unless your 6th 2RF that you've missed is a gun already).

    JWH/Musgrove --> Graham
    ET/KBrom --> Gallen/Mannering/Surgess

    Or if you want to get Crighton in you could hold on the FRF and do JWH/Musgrove to Crighton (if you have a DPP).

    You have one gun.

    Start double trading!!

    Musgrove to Graham
    Lamb to SJ
    Kbrom, Siro to JDB, Gallen, Surgess, Whitehead etc

    take your pick.

    I sold Lamb for Cleary a couple weeks back and he's been underwhelming since
