If Munster played 12 he would already be in my team this week for Jacks.

Munster could be POD playing 2 of the 3 bad bye rounds but not 12... or if just need round 12, cop a Kodi or Milf and upgrade later
Yep just going to bring in Nikorima. I was running Jacks + SJ, so Jacks + Niko should be scoring around the same so I'm not losing any points.
Honestly, I actually think Niko is a bit of a trap as last weeks game was very open. However I cant run with SJ + Frawley, unless Frawley starts. Might gamble this week however as I have all year and keep Jacks, but play SJ + Frawley and hope Frawley can get 30.

This is my hope and if it turns out to be correct, it might be reason to hold him even if ARey is back the following week, at least until you find out whether he will be picked for origin as it would have the same effect.Klemhammer wrote:Will Musgrove get more minutes now with turner at 2rf

Should increase his chances of hitting a low 30, with a BE of 38ish id be happy with thatArcher wrote:

Just read that the Storm scored all their tries last week against Manly's left edge defence (didnt see the game). Does Sironen play on the left? Or Winterstein? Is that why Siro was hooked?

I think she could organise blif he wasn't expecting to be the attacking spark as well. RTS and Austin would keep the defence guessing while sj does the organisingPookus McFly wrote:
Yeah? I would think SJ and Austin a terrible mix. Need an organizing half- they should make a play for a cheap Matt Frawley. Then they could spend some cash on buying a decent prop.

would be a nice POD at the back end of the season but will be in NSW squad so loses a few games through bye period. decent price and BE though

while I don't think it would work it would be interesting. The Warriors problems before were that SJ had to do it all; organize, kick, make the big plays, fuck he had to run it straight half the time because of the shit effort from the big boys. While I don't think SJ and Austin would complement together all that well (I think both need a more traditional half next to them), with RTS and Austin able to create plays, and Luke hopefully doing a bit more structural game management it would be interesting to see if SJ could take his game to the next level and relax a bit with overplaying his hand.
Personally would like to see a cheap offer for Frawley, an offer for someone like Blake Green mentioned, or actually Austin's halves partner in Sezer who I think would complement Johnson very well

Damn, forgot he played origin last year.. kinda fucks that plan. Had an injury affected 20 and 17 dragging his price down, but otherwise has been scoring pretty well with just the odd TBs and offloads.

had him last year and really liked his scoring especially being a POD. Will look at him again this year post Origin depending on how trades go through the bye period.
Has a few low games in him but can definitely pump out multiple 60+ games with the TB's and the odd try that at the back end of the season he could be a great pick up. Will be looking at guys like Merrin,Gav Cooper and Gillett for this reason too. The standard tackling 2rf options are all similar and post Origin the best PODs in my opinion will be the edge forwards that you back to have a big finish with the 70 point multiple TB games

Gutted to see Foran move on but definitely not salty, hope he gets his life back together and gets to have a good relationship with his kids again.
With all that cap space freed up the Warriors should throw the kitchen sink at Graham & Frawley
Seriously though the Dogs are doing to have to get rid of someone to accommodate two big signings.

Well after looking at trades this evening and not being 100% sure on Niko I've come up with this doozy.
Vaughan > Whitehead via McGuire
Musgrove/Yates > BJ via SMat
Silly and unescessary??

getting rid of Vaughn is stupid with his current form. His low score is 40, he has been fantastic and a massive chance anytime he touches the ball near the goal lineLiverpool_Bulldog wrote:Well after looking at trades this evening and not being 100% sure on Niko I've come up with this doozy.

Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy Thread Part 33
I did think of that. Then I thought buy low, sell high and his byes aren't flash as well as maybe being an outsider for origin. Being able to get 2/3 of Leipanahead for such a snip is also tempting with their run of games and good early bye schedule.Welshy wrote:

PS I am a Vaughan convert though so is a tough choice.
Other trade option is Niko.

did you start with Vaughn or trade him in? Be like trading Fifita out for same reason! ATM Vaughan is averaging more than any other propLiverpool_Bulldog wrote:

Winterstein, Kelly, Tafua, Green on that side. The good news is though they only have Whitehead and Leipana to worry about

Is e Taylor to leilua too sideways.? Mck dpp to back row would give me smat and leilua starting centres. At present smat Mck talakai idris are centres so would certainly strengthen me up.
