@Oz Sport Mad i can't believe sj scored what he did. he had one good run where he batted off 3 players in an otherwise forgettable match for him - boom 56 points.
don't have him but thats what you want from your fantasy players.

anyone willing to jump off bodene for stone? its a rule not to trade out keepers, but this guy has let me down a few times this year already.
if its not an injury, its hia. if its not hia, its filling in at centres. already have smats in that role. dont need another thanks

Almost half of his score was in kick metres, same thing the week before.

That is impressive base stats and part of the reason why he is such a stable fantasy scorer these days.

Can't argue with a bloke that is going to jag 40 odd in base but who also has the ability to rack up attacking stats like SJ does

I didn't follow this game but is there any reason Simpkins got 70 minutes? Base stats like an early Shaun Fensom

yes there's a 90 point difference, but other one's regular score still counts, looking at it in a bubble, in a hypothetical game where you only gets 2 players and you have to captain one to score you double points, captain JDB and Smith gets you 231 points, whereas Captain Smith & JDB gets you 186 points, thus you only truly 'lose' 45 points choosing to captain Smith over JDB.

Yes, you're right cant believe I forgot to take away Smith's points from the equation.

Not sure why everyone is so quick to jump off McGuire. This round in particular is a perfect hold round for trades given the international window coming up.

McGuire has a 3 round avg of 49 and a 5 round avg of 50. Trade out at round 12 if you must to James Graham but no1 else worth having over him in the front row that plays round 12 anyway.

In saying that a trade of McGuire to Nathan Brown might not be the worst, but I think I will get Nathan Brown in by other means.

I was gonna chop Siro last week, but I had other players who were getting or were going to get reduced playing time.(Lichaa & Jacks). I have $98k itb, so Siro is an obvious upgrade to a bye friendly forward, just not sure if I wanna go LG to Field, as that may well be an AE disaster later on down the road. DPP red dot time? Guess I should throw the abysmalness that is my team.

    McInnes, Pritchard
    Fifita, FKaufusi, Ese' Ese, Matagi
Surgess, Crichton, ET, Siro, Mata'utia, Yates
    SJ, Norman, Niko, LG
    Suli, Kelly, Talaki, Idris
    RTS, Cotric, Holmes, Hayne, Rennings

There are cows I'm glad I didn't jump on, but quite a few I regret not having, whether it be how many minutes, role in the team, would they stay longer than two weeks, the list goes on. 26 trades left.

My score updated to 938 & my rank to 220. I have only 15k in the bank so there's not really much scope to bring anyone in unless I downgrade someone & all my forwards are doing ok so not sure I'd want to sell any of them to generate funds.

    Smith - Brailey
    Graham - Vaughan - FKaufusi - Hoare
    Surgess - JDB - Crichton - ET - CHN - Elliot
    SJ - KNiko - Frawley - Field
SMAt - Cotric - Idris - Red Dot
    Slater - RTS - Tedesco - Hayne - Edwards

Ranked #300 odd, $300K ITB. Anybody see anything? Really just need another gun half at this stage obviously, anybody see anything else?

People who already traded out Kaufusi already must be kicking themselves.

I've no idea what their full strength line up will settle down to be but I have surprisingly always been quite a fan of simpkins should he ever get minutes

I'm beyond cows stage with 22 transfers? But he could be a viable cash out option for any failing gun if he becomes nailed on - would be looking his way for example if I was a Merrin owner or similar!

How bout getting Norman this week and then working it out so you can go Slater to C Walker once Walker bottoms out in price (assuming of course u believe Slater will play Origin).

Im also tossing up whether Cotric is a hold given he plays round 12 or whether his money (which seems to have peaked) is better spent elsewhere. A gun C would serve you well right?

    Just ideas mate, good luck!

951 after updates and 54th overall, I'll take that while it lasts.

I wanted to bring Mannering in this week and turn one of the peaked cows into Hayne but I'm seriously considering not trading this week.

I'm 1 from 8 in the "Cotric vs Moga who to play" game.

Maybe I should just upgrade to Croker as he should give me consistent scores all year.
